She has even gone as far as answering questions and giving recommendations via social media or phone call way after my appointment was completed. I got my first Brazilian wax with Nicole, and WOW. It was close to painless, and it she was done in less than 15 minutes. She uses different types of wax for different hair types and sensitivity levels. The experience was very relaxing, which surprised me as I was really nervous for my first time getting a Brazilian. My skin was so smooth and I didn't have any ingrown hairs during regrowth. You can tell when someone really wants to take care of you and wants you to leave satisfied with your service, and Nicole embodies it all, 100% recommend.

Had a Brazilian and was a great experience! Have been to several other places in the Upper Valley and Nicole did the best job by far. Did not use any aftercare products which was a little different than I am used to, so plan to go home after for cleanup, but the wax helped make up for it.
