First time there was yesterday. I booked an 80 minute hot some massage. The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I was offered the robe and sandals and shown the very clean and well thought out changing area with lockers. It was a nice start to ease into a state of relaxing. Had a lovely cup of chamomile tea and sat in the comfy lounge to wait. For my massage I didn’t put down a preference for anyone in particular to do it. I had the massage with Neisha. She was wonderful! I told her I was having an asthma flair up and she allowed me to have my inhaler close by. She really helped to loosen my tension in my back, especially since I had been having so much coughing because of the asthma. I ended up needing to use my inhaler during the massage and she was so kind and made sure I was good. When massage was done I realized how much my body needed it. She helped me feel so much better! I went back to lounge for a bit, changed in changing area, and immediately went to front desk and booked my next massage. I am looking forward to returning!

Love Spa Luxe. I have been with my mom 4 times. We have never had a bad service. Each provider has treated us with care, professionalism, and quality treatments. The environment is clean and relaxing. The ONLY thing I do not like is the lounge area (where you wait and relax before your treatment) is gender mixed. I do not feel comfortable sitting in a robe with men in the same room. They should have a separate men’s and women’s lounge.

I rarely get massages but decided to treat myself. Truly was the best decision ever. 5 star service all the way through. Staff was friendly & took time to show me around. I cannot stress enough how relaxing the ambiance was. I will admit I was a bit nervous before my appointment because in the past my experience with massages hadn’t been the best. But this was a polar opposite experience. My massage therapist Jill was amazing. She was kind & made me feel comfortable/safe. She did an excellent job working out the knots in my back & checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was ok. I work a physically demanding job & left feeling physically & mentally amazing. I want to go back already!!

First time getting a massage at Spa Luxe and it was wonderful! The staff is very welcoming and setting is quite relaxing. I enjoyed the amenities while waiting for the massage. This consists of infused fruit water, snacks or cocktails if you wish. The changing room is impeccably clean, shower and hot sauna room which I enjoyed! My massage therapist, Bee was amazing. She asked if I had any injuries, focus areas or areas to avoid. I truly felt rejuvenated afterward. I plan on returning and bringing my hubby.

What a great place! Super clean, high end facility, very attentive staff, great amenities, quiet atmosphere. Alison was my very friendly and kind nail tech. Amy Jo provided a phenomenal massage! And Jessica gave a wonderful body scrub. I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would definitely be a regular!

I've been seeing Kelsey at Spa Luxe for a few months now. She is absolutely amazing, I couldn't recommend her more. I love coming in and relaxing in the sauna with a tea before my appointment. The staff is professional, warm, and welcoming. Kelsey has helped me nail down a great skincare routine and I've seen vast improvement since seeing her. This is my favorite self care. LOVE this place
