I went in for a big package. The massage was excellent the facial was amazing. The only problem I had was I am allergic to lavender. They did not have many products without lavender. I also had a body polish but the only normal body polish they had…had lavender in it. So I took the other one which felt like I had icy hot cooling gel all over my body. Which was good for 20 minutes. Then freezing. The music was way too loud and the lights were bright. So I left not feeling relaxed and with a headache. Again the people who performed my services were amazing. I just wish the spa in general had more products without lavender.

This was one of the worst massages I have ever had in my LIFE! I came in with my husband.. The massage therapist didn't get out any of my knots.. Then he kept jerking my neck back and forth and slamming his forearm into the back of my head. AFTER I told him I had 3 damaged vertebrae in my neck. I was in so much pain the next day. Not to mention.. My husband and I had a date night after, and he SOAKED my HAIR in oils.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I scheduled a 85 min signature facial for $140. Expecting a nice spa experience. Instead I had to SHARE a ROOM with a stranger. Separated by a thin curtain. I have never heard of sharing rooms for spa treatments unless I am scheduling a couples treatment. I could hear the other person talking and having a coughing fit. Then at the end of their service, I had to listen to them make the bed and clean the room. So much for a relaxing experience when you have to listen to all of that. I was told at the end that next time I could request a private room. I thought scheduling a 85 min facial for $140 was my request for a private experience.

I had the PERFECT day at Spa Lux! Went in for a purifying facial on a Friday afternoon and left feeling so good! Upon arriving I enjoyed the steam room, then a foot soak which was so delightful. Then had a 85 minute facial with Shawna who was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and incredibly kind, I cannot recommend her enough! Once my facial was done my face felt like a newborn baby, so soft and smooth. I spent a good 20 or so minutes in the dry sauna after my facial and sipped a cup of peppermint tea and just enjoyed the moment before I left. Everything was very clean and well thought out. I really enjoyed my afternoon at Spa Lux and I’m already planning a full day with my partner. Thank you so much Spa Lux!

This place is a complete ripoff, I do not recommend it. The charge you double and they only massage you 1/2 the time you paid for. And then they argue with you if you ask or complain about not getting what you pay for. The manager is completely RUDE !! They charge me $150 for a 20 minute of leg massage. I should’ve not pay that much. It was a horrible experience, DO NOT GO THERE. FIND ANOTHER BETTER MASSAGE PLACE TO GO TO. I so regret going there. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN GET WHAT YOURE PAYING FOR. MANAGEMENT HERE IS THE WORSE OF ANY PLACE I EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced discrimination for being a man—until today. I’ve been to this place multiple times, and in their waiting room, there’s a sign that says, “No cell phones.” The only problem is, it’s ALWAYS a cell phone party in there. People are staring at their phones in the darkness, and no one cares. Today, I walked in, and the first thing I saw was a woman on her phone. I didn’t think anything of it. I got my robe on and sat down to relax after a very stressful week. About 15 minutes into my wait, a snarky woman approached me and said in a clear, sharp tone, “You’re going to have to put that cell phone away. We don’t allow that here.” When I pointed out that I had seen plenty of people using their phones in there—today included—she replied, “Well, we’re enforcing it starting now.” My response was, “I’ll just go then.” She replied, “That’s fine, but we will charge you anyway.” I chose not to argue further to avoid a confrontation. After getting dressed, I walked up to the front desk to ask for the manager, only to discover that this unpleasant woman was, in fact, the manager. I told her that if they charged my card, I would dispute it and leave a bad review. She sneered and said, “I’ll get you a receipt so you can file it.” This place seriously needs to get its priorities in check. I, for one, cannot leave my phone behind because I have dependents who may need to reach me. If she had bothered to have a conversation instead of going on a power trip, things could have gone much differently. As of now, I’m sitting outside in the parking lot, waiting for my wife to finish her facial. Thanks for ruining a Friday afternoon, Spa Lux!

Best experience I think I’ve ever had. Came here to relax after spending the weekend climbing a mountain and it was the perfect thing to help my body recover. Woke up stiff as a board and now I feel amazing! Thank y’all for a wonderful afternoon :)
