My best friend had a baby and this was the first place we came to, to relax! I highly recommend it! We did a various amount of plunges, top tier massage chairs, saunas, steam rooms, and of course lunch and yummy tea drinks! We chose the day pass but there are services for massages and scrubs as well! Would highly recommend just a relaxing few hours with the day pass!

I was so pleased with this experience! This was my first ever spa and I will definitely be coming back. Despite coming on a holiday weekend, it wasn't too busy because the staff ensure the space isn't too crowded and it felt so cozy and relaxing.
The variety in pools and saunas is excellent and each felt luxurious. I appreciated the instruction and descriptions laid out on the signage for beginners like me. The food at the restaurant inside is also delicious. Made to order, flavorful, and not bad a price for the quality.
The only downside I'd say, and this isn't the spa's fault, but is the smoky smell and haze of the casino when you leave the spa and hotel area and exit. It's such a contrast to the calming atmosphere and aesthetic of the spa area.
For both weekday and weekend admission, the price is reasonable, and you can stay for as long as you wish. Would definitely recommend!

I love this spa. I usually go on a weekday, so it's not as crowded and leave feeling rejuvenated every time. I get the day pass, and although it's gone up in price from when I first started coming, it's well worth the money.
I love everything they offer, but my favorite is the cold sauna and Himalayan salt room.

I have visited Spalight twice now. I was so excited when I found out Rhode Island had a luxury Korean spa. Everything about it is beautiful. The bathhouse, steam room, saunas, and massage chairs are wonderful. I even got to do a cold plunge for the first time ever.
During my second visit, when I was returning from the bathhouse, I found that my locker had been opened. When I approached the front desk, the staff member admitted to unlocking my locker because another customer had left their belongings inside. Instead of ensuring my items were secure, I was told that the locker could not be re-locked, leaving my valuables completely exposed.
I find this to be highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. When visiting a spa, guests should feel safe and be able to relax without worrying about the security of their personal belongings. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, and I believe steps should be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I reached out via email about my experience, but have not heard back from anyone. I was refraining from writing a review. I am very disappointed no one has reached out.
Going forward, I would recommend do not bring any valuables into the spa with you, as the front desk is able to access it at any time. The girl at the front desk essentially gave another customer permission to search through my locker.

Waited FOUR hours to get in and then spent 20+ mins parking, and ended up parking sooo far. It made for a stressful spa day, as I did not expect it to be in such a weird location. I really enjoyed the amenities, and I did have a good spa day. However the parking and wait time will definitely stop me from returning any time soon!

What an absolute treat! Enter into a Korean Spa Utopia! So clean, so relaxing and definitely something you need to do at least once in your life! (Although I recommend at least quarterly! 😉) I had a massage with Anthony, and he was an absolute genius! I have had many massages and never anything like this! It was like I was floating in water! Very intuitive and he incorporated gentle stretches that felt amazing. Definitely will be back! I would be remiss to not mention Candace. (Front desk) she was so accommodating and kind. Truly represented this place with style and grace! Will definitely be back!

I'm not sure what people that were complaining about cleanliness are talking about. We went there as soon as they open place was spotless smelled fresh look good. Everybody was happy, excited and helpful. we booked three massages and the day past. all the amenities were working and the massages were excellent. I believe I had Anthony he did a great job. Food was good too and there is refreshments around. Looker rooms are clean happy we went

I have visited this location twice before and had a fantastic experience each time, from the amenities to the food to the overall ambiance. This afternoon, I called to inquire about the cost of a day pass, as I recently noticed they now offer a single set price for all days, including weekends. While browsing the website, I came across a policy stating:
“Pregnant Women: We kindly ask that pregnant women refrain from using the spas and saunas due to potential health risks.”
This immediately caught my attention, as I was considering bringing a pregnant guest with me for the day. Wanting further clarification, I reached out to the spa directly to better understand which amenities would be off-limits. The wording on the website suggested that use of these facilities was discouraged rather than strictly prohibited, so I was eager to hear more details from the staff.
However, this was not the case. When I spoke with the staff member on the phone, she initially explained that, as a general practice, they ask pregnant guests to refrain from using heated amenities such as the sauna and heating pad. But the conversation quickly took a surprising turn—within the same sentence, she added that they also try to avoid allowing pregnant women into the spa altogether.
I was immediately taken aback by this statement, as nowhere on the website does it mention that pregnant individuals are not permitted in the establishment. The policy only advises against using specific amenities, not that entry itself is restricted. This discrepancy left me questioning whether there was a miscommunication in the website’s wording—are pregnant individuals truly not allowed in the spa, or was this simply a misunderstanding on the part of the staff member I spoke with? Either way, the inconsistency was both disappointing and off-putting, as clear and accurate information is essential when making plans for a visit.
