I scheduled a 60 minute deep tissue massage that unfortunately did not meet expectations. The manager, Madison, reached out the next day to apologize and offered to rectify the situation. I appreciate the quality customer service.

If you like deep tissue massages, see Mr. Lee. I'm extremely picky about my massage therapist & Lee is very professional & knowledgeable. The spa itself is ok.. they have a steam room & a sauna. Two showers & a nice locker room. The area where you relax could be a little darker, its bright you are there to relax. Im not a fan of the front desk service..at all. But that's no reflection on Lee.

STAY AWAY!!! I visited Spa in The Valley in July 2024 for several procedures. One of the procedure was Lavender sugar scrub which cost $125. The length of the procedure was supposed to be 1 hour long. My appointment was at 3pm. I was taken in at 3.05pm, took me about 10 minutes to change into the robe and get settled on the massage table and at 3.35pm I was already back from the procedure to the changing room. I know the time for sure because I went to my locker and took my cell phone to see if I had any missed call. I did not realize that it was supposed to be 1 hour until I came home and went to their website. I called and the manager said they do not do refunds. However, she set me up for a complimentary sugar scrub for September. Approximately a week before the appt they called me and said that the shower water pressure in the massage room was not working, and they needed to cancel my complimentary appt. I called them several times after that and heard the same story about water pressure. So, it's been 4 months already and no one called me back with any solution. Poor customer service! You will be scammed off your money!

Please do not go there! The worst customer service ever I have ever experienced in my life! The general manager “Madison” should not be in hospitality business!!! When I shared her my feedback, she didn’t show any interest or sympathy… I was there 2 days ago, my husband booked me one hour body massage and facial, i almost cried end of the treatments. “Jeannie” was the massage therapist who shouldn’t be in this business at all. She was late to get me from waiting room and took longer to even start! She didn’t communicate with me well and instead of massaging, she was basically rubbing my body with oil. Please save your money and don’t book her, PLEASE! I don’t want to even start for facial care… it is a big scam. They don’t inform you well about the process but they will take your money for nothing. And again the general manager “Madison”… she didn’t show any interest to understand my feelings and show sympathy. She was just repeating herself for no reason and telling me this what ONLY she can do while she was giving me an attitude. And she had nerve to tell me she doesn’t want my business at all. Narcissist and egoistic…. I hope you get what you deserve.

Had root color and hilights. Showed a picture of the look I wanted After drying my hair the color was much darker than I anticipated and the Highlights were barely visible. She quickly washed off the glaze which lighted up the color but still I wasn’t super happy with the outcome. Stylist said I had 7 days to return and she could pop in a few hilites to brighten it up. When I called to schedule that they said she wasn’t comfortable putting more lightener in my hair. Bottom line is that I’m out $230 for color I’m not happy with. Would not recommend.

Everyone has always been very professional, polite and friendly. Spa is always clean, love the quality products offered and the attention to detail in the service. I have received facials, waxing, massage, pedicures, lash lifts/tints, body treatments as well as air brush tannings and have always been thrilled with my results.

I always have a good experience when I go here. The staff is friendly and answers all questions. I love the salt room it’s very relaxing and soothing and definitely relieves the stress, consistency in the key. I love going once a week.
