Please DO NOT go in for FACIAL here. I was offered a refund of $49.50 if I am to take this review down, which is not ethical I believe if they really cared about the customers. This makes sense why there are no negative reviews for this place. The 50-minute session includes you changing up and they suggest changes regarding your skin. They will give a 30-minute talk, followed by a 10 to 20-minute facial. They suggested I do a Microdermabrasion which was again included in the 50 minutes but charged extra. I don't get their logic. I was shocked when she said it was over. $165 for facial not worth here. They march you to the front to show the line of products but barely used 2-3 for the facial. I didn't read the other reviews here before signing up for the facial, my bad. It was my b'day and really felt scammed. I really don't think they have aestheticians for facial. At least could have given a good facial massage. Please don't signup for facial here.

I absolutely love this Spa… hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. When you visit please ask for Daron. She is amazing and has the most nurturing healing energy. Left feeling completely relaxed and amazing. 🥰

Do you want a spa experience and receive all 50 min of your facial? If so, don't come here! I came with my mom and sister. We were told to arrive 15 min early so we would be able to fill out all our paperwork and not miss any of our service time. We did and finished with plenty of time and still waited until 2:01 for them to bring us back for our 2 pm treatment. After changing and waiting, my service did not begin until 2:10 and I was back at my phone by 2:51. I lost 20% of my $165 facial. My treatment should have had extractions but the aesthetician said my skin was dry. It's a bit confusing since I use a serum daily and moisturizer. Then, after receiving my treatment, I was marched to the front of the store to be suggested to buy their products even though they were aware I had another 30 minutes to wait on my mom. I define a spa as relaxing, not a quick in-and-out facial. If that is what I wanted I would not have come to a Spa. I called and spoke with the manager. Her solution was to credit me $33 for my missed 10 min. This is not a remedy that makes me want to return when there are many other spa and facial options. They portray a high-end spa experience; we did not experience this at all. I value my time and giving me money back for treatment I didn't receive is not respecting my time.

When I asked for Deep Tissue Massage, I legit got a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, just about right pressure for my body. I LOVED IT!!! I never got this kind of deep tissue massage in the past. They see me walk in. They’re afraid to break my bones in two 😆 so. Thank u for knowing the right pressure 😁

Best hot stone massage ever. My massage therapist, Nancy, was amazing. I was completely relaxed, and left feeling renewed, and ready for my weekend.

Liz did a facial on me today and it was Heavenly. I also had a massage with Nancy and she did an amazing job.

Cozy, quiet place to get pampered and reset. I had a foot ritual massage by Leo and was in heaven. Lovely staff and great service. Aya, at the front desk was very knowledgeable about their products and talked me through them to find my perfect pain cream. I’ll be back for more rejuvenation!

I love this place! My husband and I got a couples massage here. We were greeted with free drinks (eas and citrus water), and a warm neck/shoulder pillow as we filled out our paperwork. I was relieved that we were able to get difference styles of massages for the couples massage. My husband loves deep tissue massages and I prefer a lighter pressure. I was really worried I was going to be uncomfortable during the massage because Im pretty boney and massages tend to be uncomfortable. I let my masseuse know i prefer a lighter pressure. She was fantastic! My massage was heavenly. I loved the warm gloves on my hands and feet. The hot stones felt good too. The setting was nice and calm and we were able to easily relax. My husband and I had no complaints. I appreciate that their products were all natural too. At the end of the massage, we got dressed and were greeted at the front by our masseuse with another free drink. We spoke for a little bit about our experience with them - which of course was great. They made me feel like a spoiled princess. I cannot wait to go back!
