I have gotten two hydrafacials and dermaplaning with Caroline and I don’t even recognize my skin! I highly recommend you book her for all of your skincare needs!

I just recently moved to Alabama and needed my brows laminated and tinted . I believe the esthetician is Haley. She was absolutely amazing . She was professional, kind and funny. She listened to what I was looking for in brow color and knocked it out of the park!!! My brows have never looked better. I can’t wait to return .

Nice environment and friendly people. But what I paid was not worth what I received. I did a custom facial and I got my face washed, derma-planned and extracted but no mask put on? I’ve had so many facials before and not once have I never had some type of mask to sit and relax with. I also got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and it was a bad experience. The tint was way to dark than what I asked and even the tech said the same thing. I came home to take a closer look and found patches of where tint wasn’t even placed and pieces of my brow that I needed to pluck! Would never trust them to do brows again honestly.

I got my first ever Brazilian wax today. Haley was my esthetician and she was amazing!!!! She made me feel very comfortable the entire time. She was honest about what would hurt the worst. Also she kept conversation going making it a less stressful environment. I made my next appointment with her already! Highly recommend her for first timers!!

Wow I have never visited a place more unprofessional. I booked a 60 minute massage and was told my massage was at 12:30PM. I arrived at 12:25 thinking I was giving myself a little time to change. As I arrived I see what looks to be a masseuse leaving the building, which I will address later. When I walked in the receptionist told me to take a seat. That’s it. She said nothing about my masseuse having an emergency or being late. So, I sit and sit and sit. While I’m sitting the receptionist proceeds to talk/flirt to a male on speaker phone the whole time. Finally around 12:45PM I’m pretty frustrated and decide to leave. When I go to leave the massage therapist walks in the door and says she had an emergency and that is why she is late. I say that I no longer have time for a 60 minute massage since the massage started late. She then says, “Well we have a new policy and it’s not 60 minutes, it’s only 50.” The receptionist gives us an “oops” as she told me yesterday it was 60 minutes. Then, she backtracks and says, “Well we give you 10 minutes to change.” Oof. This Spa used to be the place to go in Montgomery. Not anymore. Will never recommend it or go back. No wonder the place was empty. Also, while I was waiting in the waiting room for what felt like forever, I noticed the interior of the building needs some work. Damaged walls and flickering lights. Never again!

Spa Elia was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is so very relaxing. The staff was so kind and helpful. I was treated to a very good massage as a gift on my first visit. Brittany was very good. As a second gift from my wonderful sister, who lives in North Carolina, I was once again treated to a second treatment, a facial. Cornelia was wonderful and very sensitive to me and my experience while I was there. I cannot say enough about their attention to detail and customer service. I will definitely be scheduling my own service soon. As a side note, unbeknownst to me all of this was arranged and coordinated by my sister remotely following a life changing and very fast move from out of state. From what I understand from my sister, the spa was very kind in working with her on every little detail. What a terrific experience for us all. Thank you Spa Elia!

I have been going consistently since my first time and it is still a great place to go!! My new esthetician is Cornelia and she is amazing!! She makes sure that I am comfortable and makes the process a lot easier! I want to try the rest of their services on their menu as they all seem very good for the self care aspect of life!! One of my friends recommended Spa Ellia for all things spa. So I decided to book a waxing and Brooke was amazing. She made me feel comfortable especially since it was my first time having one done. Everyone there was so nice. I will definitely go back!

Today was my first visit here. I had a relaxing facial and it was wonderful! The lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.
