I had a disappointing experience at Spa Concepts in Shreveport. I went in for a manicure and specifically requested a certain style, but the technician completely disregarded my request. He insisted on doing something “special” for me because my birthday was coming up, even after I made it clear that I wasn’t interested. While I appreciate creativity, I expect my preferences to be respected—especially when I’m paying for a service. Unfortunately, I left with nails I didn’t like and didn’t ask for and on top of that after pay $125 my nails are coming off less than two weeks later. I won’t be returning.

Nail tech was nice and did ok, but rushed through painting my nails which left them bumpy, uneven, and messy at the cuticles. The salon overall earns the bad rating. I booked with my sister to sit next to her since it was a sister outing for her birthday but this was ignored by the staff, even after asking in person I was ignored to my face at the counter. Our appointment time was changed an hour later last minute without asking. Nail polish selection was minimal at best. Overpriced salon that was messy and chaotic inside. Will not return. Merry Christmas

My 12 year old granddaughter & I went in for the Mani/Pedi special & added the parrafin wax treatment! It was amazing! The massages were so great! This was a special day for me & her since it was the first time we did this together! She lives out of town so we don’t get to see other that often! Thanks for making it so nice for us! AMAZING service ! Went here for a bachelorette party with a group of 8 people and they treated us so nicely, addressed all of us by name and really made us feel at home. Michelle really made the experience stress free and worth it. Taylor did my facial and Chino did my pedicure and they were both so communicative and friendly and talked me through the whole process (it was my first time getting either service). 10/10 would go back again !
