My wife and I recently enjoyed massages at Spa Botanica in Concord, NC, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty. The spa is impeccably clean, modern, and exudes a 5-star atmosphere.
Every area, from the entrance and locker rooms to the refreshment and waiting areas, was designed for comfort and luxury. But the highlight was definitely the massage itself. My massage therapist, Noshua, was amazing! She exceeded my expectations with her Swedish massage, and her kneading technique was exactly what I was looking for.
If we're ever in the Concord area again, a return visit to Spa Botanica is a must. If you want a truly fantastic massage experience, I highly recommend this spa!

I would give 0 stars if allowed! Never encountered such a selfish money driven business. I had a couple massage scheduled for my wife’s birthday. I was sick throughout the night with food poising. When I woke up I called the spa to see if we could reschedule for the following weekend. Donna, stated that they would not cancel and would refuse for me to be seen since I was “sick”. I never used the term and she proceeds to put words in my mouth of actively sick which I never stated. She was so worried about getting her money she couldn’t simply work with us. Instead she offered for just my wife to come. The only reason I scheduled there was for the couples. She proceed to go back and forth on emails verses doing the right thing. She’s already taken $215 when I made the appointment and has no problem taking additional money for services not rendered. So if you book there understand that life cannot happen as Donna has no understanding for anything other than 10 hours prior to service. Bottom line is schedule your sickness or death of a family member or anything else out of your control as Sap Botanica doesn’t care.

Lisa's facial was not only efficient but also indulgent, featuring a thorough application, a leisurely pace, and delightful extras like neck, hand, and foot massages. The added touch of hot towels and the option for wine elevated the experience. Highly recommended! 10/10! I am recharged!
I love this spa! I love that they offer the luxury experience with plush robes, lockers, and slides! They also have snacks, and tea to enjoy between services. I enjoyed my massage, but the facial gave me life!!!!

Here’s the deal:
1. There was no form to fill out prior like other spas asking if you prefer a quiet session or conversation- my esthetician spoke the entire time (complained a ton about working a double shift and how I was her last client and she couldn’t wait to leave, very uncomfortable)- I tried to drop hints without being rude for her to let me relax but it was a no go- so disappointing because all I wanted to do was relax as this was the first time I had been out of the house alone since having a baby-
2. They do not use a magnifying light for extractions- she pressed on my nose once and that was it- no tool or steam or light?
3. They do not massage your neck or head- I had a 2 min hand massage while the face mask sat on my face.
4. She didn’t really seem to care- I kept complaining about a hair being on her hands while she was massaging my face and she said “opps my extensions are falling out, I need to get them done”- the hair was on her hands and my face most of the facial
4. They charge AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity- it felt like she did the bare minimum job knowing she would be tipped 20% at the end anyways
5. The facility is very nice but I just did not have an enjoyable experience- needless to say I will not be returning!

I found this spa because we were staying at the hotel. I was delighted and amazed to find a spa of this quality inside! It has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Noshua, was fantastic! I was having a rough week and have a few health issues and She listened to everything and gave me the perfect massage. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

I had an appointment with Noshua and she was amazingggg! I am a whimp when it comes to pressure on my body just because of how much tension it holds but Noshua was able to work out those kinks without making me cry for my mama. I will definitely be booking her again!

Enjoyed my time here! I wish I couldve added a facial, but no one answered when I called so next time Spa Botanica! Until then I definitely will be enjoying my soft silky skin from all the wonderful products used!
