After struggling with a stubborn knot in my shoulder blade for what felt like forever, I finally decided to book a session and it was a game changer. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Tina is super professional, yet so warm and welcoming. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and intuitively knew exactly where to focus her energy. It’s clear she knows her stuff when it comes to bodywork! As she worked on the knot, I could actually feel it releasing. It was a little intense, but in the best way possible. I walked out feeling lighter and so much more relaxed. Seriously, if you’re dealing with any tension or pain, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her. I’ll definitely be back! Tina was respectful of my time and she was extremely professional. She is able to be soothing and instill trust immediately. I really enjoyed my treatment. I had the TMJ Dysfunction Massage. She worked my shoulders, upper back, upper chest, neck, scalp, and jaw. While it was an intense massage because there was a tremendous amount of tension in my neck and jaw, it was amazing. She checked in consistently through the service to make sure the pressure was appropriate. I noticed it was easier to chew, talk, and open my mouth immediately afterwards. I am going back weekly to avoid needing braces/a bite block. The spa itself was clean and had a relaxing lavender vibe which I loved.

Tina did an amazing job with my hot stone massage. The ambiance is great. Her table has heat so I was warm and toasty as she worked my muscles. She has great knowledge of the body and was able to give me some tips to try to remove stiffness from my back. You enter her facility from the side door.

Tina and Ann are amazing!! We wanted to get a massage while in town and called last minute and they accommodated us and waited for us to arrive. So friendly and professional and made us feel very comfortable. Made my first massage a great experience. Listened to our cares and concerns. Next time we are in town we will definitely back!

Tina is so knowlegable and she knows what needs to be done to repair the problem. My hips are on their way to a complete healing. Went to Tina at 35 weeks pregnant and it was the best massage I've ever had. EVER. Hands down. The place was a little hard to find even though I followed the directions, but she came to get me, walked me in and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was amazing. I'll be back for sure.

One of the best massages that I've ever had! Tina was incredible. She was very gentle with my stiff and injured body. After my massage, I felt brand new! I left with a new attitude... feeling great!
