Spa Bliss

I recently visited Spa Bliss with my sister for her birthday, and we had an incredible experience! I received a massage from Gwendolyn, who was absolutely amazing. She worked wonders on my body, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. I also had a facial from Danielle and I have never felt so refreshed. We both adored the ambience- it was so calming and perfect for a relaxing day. The entire staff deserves praise for their exceptional work. If you’re looking for a serene escape and top notch service, I highly recommend Spa Bliss!

I’ve had several services here and they have all been positive experiences. My husband got me a spa package and it was the best present ever! My massage therapist was kind and did amazing work. They’ve done my hair several times and each stylist was sweet and pleasant. My pedicure turned out gorgeous and they do great work with lash lifts(mine last foreverrr) and eyebrows. And you really cannot beat the cost. As well the building is so beautiful. Love it here. Scheduling an appointment here soon.

I was having a tough time going through a difficult situation so I decided I needed a new haircut. I selected Spa Bliss because I have been here a few times for massages and had a really good experience. I wasn’t disappointed with the salon either. When I showed up to the appointment with Avery I explained to her the difficult time I was going through and she was so responsive and accommodating to help me get a better, newer look. She was prepared for the task. After talking about a few options she went right to work only stopping to discuss what would be best for the next stage be it a lower guard or a longer length on top. I let her decide as I was too unsure of what I even wanted. Just something better than what I was doing. It was a very therapeutic experience for me and rather emotional. I was quiet in the chair mostly, and I am rarely not talking. I am excited about the new look and hope to continue with the upgrades in other areas of my life also. This was the best first step for me. The building is gorgeous inside and out. It is more like an art gallery in the entire building as opposed to just the one floor. Not many places can you get a haircut and a massage and watch a game at the same time. Truly a unique experience in Charleston. Excited for my 3 week follow up. If you’re looking for an experience with your new doo, this is the place.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage and I could not be more impressed by Gwendalyn and Kelley! From the moment we stepped in, we loved the ambiance of the waiting room since it included light snacks and hot drinks! The girls made us both of feel extremely comfortable! I do not know how to express how incredible this experience was! I would recommend anyone come here whether it is for a massage or any other service since all the staff seemed excellent, but if you were to get a massage I would recommend asking for one of these two girls, they will make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and like a weight is lifted off your shoulders after you leave! Both girls exceeded our expectations to make us feel pampered and hit our individual needs! Thank you again!!

I’ve come here a few times before, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. I saw a new stylist, and unfortunately, the bleaching process left my hair severely damaged. My scalp feels extremely dry no matter how much I condition, and the color is uneven, with the top half yellow and the bottom is a way lighter blonde. To make things worse, the stylist left the bleach on much longer than it was supposed to and I experienced a chemical burn on my ear. She even mentioned that bleaching is inconvenient for her, which made me feel uncomfortable as a client. I’ve always trusted this salon, but this experience was upsetting, and I feel like I now need to spend extra time and money trying to repair the damage.

Alexis is an amazing massage therapist! She is my go to anytime I make an appointment! I love the vibe of the waiting area too. I try to get there 15 min early just so I can relax in that room!

Alexis was kind, respectful, timely, and experienced. She went over everything she was going to do when we first got in the room and I really appreciated that. She made me feel calm and comfortable by checking in with me during the massage. I would recommend her to anyone. I am so thankful I booked with her.

I loved the facility and especially loved having the opportunity to work with Ted. He is a Master Stylist and worked closely with me to give me the hairstyle I wanted to work with my natural curl. I'd give Ted 10 stars if I could! Also, the price was more than reasonable compared to other salons I've contacted/visited. It's well worth the time and effort to go there.
