Fantastic experience! I purchased a gift certificate for my mom for her birthday last year (I live out of town) and while visiting this week, we decided to go in together to get massages. Both of our therapists were punctual (always a good thing), friendly, did not talk the whole time (loved it!) and made us feel so comfortable. Perfect amount of pressure and we both left really relaxed. I work for a med spa and I was very pleased with the experience. Thank you, Kylie!

Hubby and I tried SpaBella for the 1st time on our Anniversary. It was awesome! It was clean, private, relaxing and peaceful. The ladies we worked with were awesome and very very professional. Planning now to go back in January.

I have a terrible knot in my shoulder. I knew I had a remaining amount on a gift certificate I had used last year. I first tried calling to see if they had any availability for a massage this afternoon. No answer and generic voicemail message, therefore unable to verify I called the correct number. I decided to walk in to see if I could get an appointment - they had availability at 3 pm. I pulled my gift certificate out, and it had expired in October 2021. I asked if it was still possible to use it. She pulls out a pitiful looking stack of papers, goes to my gift certificate number, and it has a single line drawn through it. She says “I’m sorry but we are unable to use it because it is marked out.” I am an accountant and understand writing expiration dates on gift certificates to 1) encourage quicker use of the outstanding liability and 2) write off any unused liability because most people will not attempt to use a gift card after its expiration. HOWEVER, I was walking in for a $65 service with a $30 gift certificate. They could have made $35+ from me today but instead are losing a customer, who will inform anyone who will listen of the poor service I received.
