I absolutely love this place, my therapist on my visit a couple weeks ago was Crystal and I vow to only book her every time I go. I had visited before and it was a good experience, but Crystal made it an excellent experience. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and professional with your craft. While the lounge with sauna and hot tub are nice and the massage was great, this review is about the MASSAGE TABLE! I have had well over a hundred massages, all over the world, and this table blew my mind. It adjusts for your body. As in, there is a section that lowers so when you’re on your stomach, your chest isn’t squished up against the table! GAME CHANGER! I could have laid on that massage table for hours!!

I have a membership at the Renaissance Gym and Spa, which has been so convenient while living downtown. Membership includes a monthly massage, which I take full advantage of! My prayers were answered today after meeting Crystal H, a massage therapist at the Spa. I suffer from chronic pain due to a sustained injury, and she has been the missing link while on my Health and Wellness journey. I appreciate the front desk for matching my needs with the perfect therapist! Her deep tissue massage was amazing and given with great care and consideration to my injuries. I left our session with immediate relief. I came straight home and finally slept for the first time in what felt like months… Highly recommended!

OMG THE spa was wonderful. My therapist was Daynette!! She was awesome. Got aches and pains that are sore spots and need them worked out? Or just want to relax and have a great experience. She is the one to visit!!

I came in for a deep tissue massage and really enjoyed it. The therapist was able to work the knotts in my back and I felt great afterwards. I also really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna before my appointment. Really loosened everything up before!

They don’t send you reminder text and will charge you full price for mediocre massage. Also the parking is horrible. You have to get there 30 minutes early just to find parking. Never again.
