Just Wow!!! My fiancé and I booked an 80 minute Couple's candle light massage to end our day of Skiing adventure. It took place on their 8th floor in the Summit room a spacious private room with a beautiful view. Our Massuses were lovely, professional,and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We completed an intake that was thorough and highlighted any problem areas or areas to avoid during the massage. The view was amazing and romantic. They worked tension out of our extremities and back. They used an amiable moderate pressure throughout the massage and checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying it. For me, the focus on my neck and shoulders was superb; For him, he really enjoyed the attention to his hands and shoulders. I couldn't stop peeking at my fiance because he looked to be on cloud 9! I would recommend the arnica oil, I found the fragrance very relaxing.We intend to return again. Thank you.

The small details that make the experience were a let down. Robes were a weird fabric, maybe fleece or flannel, and small. The grocery store music in the locker room didn’t match the spa ambiance. Services received were great. One of the big sauna’s was not working properly, but the others were nice. The condition of the steam house looked like maintenance was needed, but the steam room itself was nice. The room was very steamy and as my husband approached the bench to sit his foot touched something incredibly hot. As the steam cleared we could see the plastic vents at foot level which was likely the cause. The large 90 degree pool had sand/dirt on the bottom and seeing as we were there early in the day, it must not have been cleaned from the previous day. I wouldn’t return on a weekend again because it was uncomfortably crowded. In the locker room there was a woman in the locker beside me and above me. The three of us juggling access was annoying. Had it been a fitness center and not a spa, my expectations would have been less. Overall, I’d maybe return but on a week day with my own robe and lower expectations.

Good experience, very worth a stop. Heat in saunas and steam rooms was great. Everything was really clean. Robes were great, as was the tea and flavoured water provided. Would be nice to have cold plunge pools by the wooden sauna circuit (all the pools were hot). Mens change room could be improved a bit (better soaps, more towels provided).

I loved every minute of it. I didn't want to leave. When first purchasing my treatment I felt like it was pretty expensive but once I actually got to experience the massage with all of the additional amenities I realized it was worth every penny! The facility was clean, the staff was helpful and very friendly, their version of the hot toddy was amazing, and the massage took all the pain away from my back. My massage therapist checked on me throughout my massage and made sure I was always comfortable. It was definitely one of the best spa experiences I've ever had.

Fantastic and beautiful place. The facilities are top notch with many many hot pools and cold plunges of varying temperatures along with many steam rooms and saunas all in an outdoor setting that is incredible! The bistro is also excellent for a champagne lunch. Don't miss this if you're in Anchorage.
