My friends and I had the best experience at Soulo! We had never had a hair spa treatment before and wanted to have a relaxing time before heading to the airport to conclude our weekend in Vegas. We called the morning of and they were able to accommodate all three of us at the same time. The customer service was wonderful and the massage and hair treatment felt seriously amazing. If you’re contemplating a visit, don’t hesitate!

Went here with my mom for her birthday. Wonderful experience! My hair is so soft from roots to ends. The entire process was relaxing. Great head and scalp massage, products smelled divine, the neck and shoulder massage during hair drying was also incredible. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. We went to the Southwest location. Mom enjoyed it too. I highly recommend!

This was the BEST spa experience of my life. I got the Ultimate (added face massage and mask) and it was like 100 minutes of pure bliss. My face, my scalp, my neck…hot towels, face mask, scrubbing, massaging, rinsing…it was HEAVEN. The ladies were so so nice. Sylvia was incredible. Cannot recommend enough!

Great find! I did the Deep Hair Wash with Scalp Massage and added the hair mask. It was amazing! The shampoo room is kind of dark with soft music. Very relaxing. Sasha did an amazing scalp massage. Once you're done with the wash and scalp treatment, you are given green tea. A very relaxing environment with a friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely be back!

Nope never again. It was a little relaxing. My therapist was Cassie. There were two other girls that arrived at our 9 AM appointment. Although the very first one to arrive, I was the last one to go back. I also was the first one to be done for some reason. I feel like my time was completely gypped. We started about eight minutes late (9:08) and we also finished at 9:44 I was looking at my Apple Watch for times. I booked the 60 min aromatherapy. Cassie also left for a few minutes while the other therapists never left their clients, so that was more time taken off from me. I can't confirm so I'm not going to say that Kasie was on her phone, but she was only massaging my head with one hand and then once she put something down, she would use two hands ( I could clearly hear something be placed down) when we are done she said that she was going to lunch I was so confused why because they just opened up at 9 and walked out of there at 9:50. It really sucks too because I wanted to bring a group of work friends here but now we have to find a new head spa :( definitely not recommended!

This experience was so relaxing and rejuvenating! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned so much about scalp health. My stylist took her time with the massages and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

My therapist was so great and so accommodating! The service itself was amazing, but I do wish someone in the reviews would have mentioned that you are basically in a salon chair, so it’s tough on the lower back. Again, my gal was so good about trying to make me comfortable. Also, you don’t remove your shoes or change into a smock or anything, so it’s hard to fully relax. And the room was quite chilly, which I guess it helps that you stay fully dressed. Other than those small critiques, the people were lovely, the service was lovely and it was very clean and smelled great!! ♥️♥️

It was my first time here and they were able to squeeze me in. Silvia was very gentle and took a lot of care of my hair. My hair hasn’t felt this smooth in so long! Love it and will be back again when I’m in Vegas.
