Soul Massage and head spa Everett

My partner and I had an amazing experience at Soul Massage! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. Our couples massage was absolutely wonderful—both therapists were skilled, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the session. We left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating experience!

I chose the 90 minute head spa treatment from soul massage and it was absolutely amazing! I got to see my hair follicles and my scalp up close and got to see the reason for my sensitive and dry scalp. The bed was nice and warm and the head, neck, and arm massage were amazing! They take to massage your scalp and use different kinds of combs and massage tools and it is the most relaxing! They also blow dry your hair when the head spa is over. My hair felt lighter on my head, my scalp is so healthy, and my hair has never been shiner or smoother. Even after washing it myself at home a few days later, my hair feels just as soft and smooth. I even got my sister a gift card when I left because I want her to experience this too. Highly recommend!!

I brought my mom and I here for a little self care Sunday- Hands down the best head spa massage I’ve had! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, kind and talented. In addition to the service, they use high quality products, Milbon, which is an amazing Japanese brand.

First time here and it was not a good experience, i booked an appointment online for 6:45pm and i came in 5 mins earlier, they told me to wait for like 10-15 mins without even telling me why, it’s fine at first but kinda like so disappointed since it’s my first time here, I’ve been to other massage office and for them time is precious and you should be on time, but here having those times available online I thought they are on time. I went in the room at 7:20pm, I’ve waited for 30 mins. After the front desk told me to wait 10 mins and someone will assist me she left, no one is in there to tell me what is going on and still I’ve waited since i badly needed a massage, i tried their office to check if they’re massage is good and they are near to my location, i originally goes to LiLy Massage at Lynnwood and they are amazing. So, while in the middle of the massage session the lady have to go out 2x to assists customer who came in since they do not have someone in the front desk. The lady who did my massage did not do well to be honest, did not pinned point the areas where i told them, instead of relief i felt heavy and sore. I usually feels good, relief and relax after a massage. I felt like she is not good in her techniques doing the massage. I will not recommend this office and will not going back. The money you pay is not going to be worth it with their service. This is my bad experience, i hope it will not gonna happen to others.

HONEST REVIEW: I wanted to love this so much, especially after reading reviews (I'm guessing friends are leaving most of these or I just had a bad experience....terrible) . However, I was very disappointed. I did the 90 minute head spa with a friend, the massage part was great (20 min)The head spa...was no great. It felt rushed even though my appointment was half an hour late was treated like it was my fault even though I arrived 15 min early...they had to call someone in. The halo water, was used twice, that's it... mostly used the hand held sprayer and tools aggressively. The two Techs spoke the entire time, so relaxation during head spa was out. Added foot spa, all they did was rub with lotion for not even 10 minutes but we paid $30 additional for it and 30 minute extra...not the case..... for $175 before tip, was way over priced for what it was. I couldn't relax, felt rushed, was suppose to be 2 hours, was 1 hour and 20 minutes with blow dry. Felt like someone washed my hair.....no neck massage at all during head spa ... the video shown in lobby was not anything like what we got....throwing tools, talking, hand sprayer......just not good. I have never left a poor review, but this is a no for me.

Ella was amazing! Overall, the experience was great. My daughter and I both thoroughly enjoyed our head spa and facials. Highly recommend trying it out and taking a look at their combo services.

Came here today for the first time for a massage with my mom and we both agree it was one of the best massages we've ever had! They did a combo of stretching and massage and I felt like butter by the end. Very clean, very professional. We'll be back to try one of their combo packages!

They give you a diagram of the body to circle areas you want and don’t want done and ask preferred pressure. My boyfriend and I circled different areas to focus on and we got the exact same massage and neither has anything to do with the areas of focus we circled. In fact they were the most neglected areas. - but It was “ok” for a basic scripted massage. We got the exact same thing, which would be more acceptable if you knew that was going to be the case and they didn’t give you the paperwork to ask about specific areas you wanted and didn’t want done .
