Throughout the years, I've consistently received skincare treatments, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The owner is dedicated to staying at the forefront of skincare technology and is always eager to learn more to provide the best care possible. Thanks to their expertise, I frequently receive compliments on the excellent condition of my skin. Recently, I've also started enjoying their Head-spa services, which have been a fantastic addition to my routine. I highly recommend giving SoU a try. Remember, achieving great skin takes time, but with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and SoU's expert care, you'll see amazing results!

These ladies are amazing!! They are knowledgeable, and the facilities are very nice. Members of my family have gotten services here for many years. It's top of my list when buying a gift or selecting activities for visitors. They have a ton of different machines and always seem to be on the cutting edge.

I’ve gotten acne treatment which costed me $1600 for 10 visits. The first time i visited , she recommended that my acne wasn’t bad that I should consider a different service but I wasn’t comfortable getting a laser or harsh treatment so I went with the acne treatment. The day after my first treatment, my face turned so red and acne has gotten so much worse I called immediately. They said it is common for me to have reactions in the beginning, but even after 10 treatments my acne got worse and they blocked my number 😂😂😂 Not to include them using the product that I returned from having a reaction .. Don’t think of this place as a medical clinic. You are only a customer here not a patient because if anything goes bad, they will look away and tell you it’s not their problem. My care was done by ‘Sara’.

I am a fan of Korean spa and have tried to find good ones here in DC-VA area. I had a wonderful experience with SoU. Everything was explained carefully. I had the girls looked at my skin and recommended me the right treatment. I did a deep cleansing facial that includes face massage, shoulders and arms which are exceptional. My lady explained every step she did on my face. I would recommend the service to everyone.

im not usually taking my time and writing unhappy experiences about anything but this time , I'm so disappointed i have gotten my service by the owner as she told me i was coming in to get acne treatment for 190$, but instead she recommended me to get POLKA 700$ service instead of me just want to get the 190$ acne treatment only ( she did only a few acne spot and skipped all the rest, i had to show her one acne spot she needs to take care of it but she just lightly touched it , and leave it) and she was really really rough my face hurts I'm a man and I couldn't stand the pain overall I have really bad experience about Sou the Spa and the price is too high for the service. I don't see any differences now after 2 weeks regardless of the service she is a nice person but I won't be coming back and pay so much for nothing difference on my skin
