A 90 minute session with Chris V was exactly what my injured body needed. I had been experiencing hip pain from traveling. After evaluating, Chris determined the problem was coming from my lack of spine rotation. He incorporated some gentle strokes, and movement, and with permission included some cupping and CBD creme. I felt amazing the remainder of my trip, and was delighted to leave the spa and hike the trail behind the resort PAIN FREE!!! Thank you, Chris V, for your expertise! I also received access to the resort gym and pools, but did not take advantage of that. Special request to the owner, I was not a fan of the CBD creme. Have found other brands to be noticeably effective, where this one went unnoticed after application. The spa was lovely! Clean, and had a delightful receptionist. Thank you!!!

I booked 3, 45 minute foot soaks with massage last Saturday. Two of them lasted 25 minutes and received a beautiful foot and leg massage, one, for my elderly mother, lasted 25 minutes with most of it soaking in a tub. Her massage was brief and only included her feet, no legs like the 2 others. I complained and the kind receptionists gave me a $15 discount. They advertise that the 45 minutes includes the cleaning time for the tub. I figured that would be 5-10 minutes as it is in every spa I’ve ever been to. Cutting the service by 20 minutes is really poor. I would not recommend this service or spa to anyone. It really wasn’t close to being worth the $60 per person fee.

Everything from the easy parking to the beautiful view was magical. There were multiple parking options near the entrance to the hotel and spa making the experience from the start lovely. The entrance to the spa is just to the left after walking into the welcoming and impressive lobby. The spa staff was pleasant and kind, setting the tone for a relaxing experience. I was offered water and multiple tea options from Mike. Kamryn was professional and kind, offering conversation or quiet relaxation during nail care. Solstice North Day Spa featured nail polish color themes consistent with the seasons and helped me select the perfect option for my mood. The seating is flawlessly designed to enjoy a warm blanket and the absolutely stunning fall views of the mountain beyond the walkout balcony during the shellac manicure and classic pedicure. Everything from the sights, sounds, smells, and touch were delightful. This is a great location for an all day experience including massage, manicure, pedicure, soaks, and facials. I cannot wait to visit in the winter to experience the snow covered mountain views. Thank you Solstice North Day Spa for a beautiful and relaxing experience.

Highly recommend this establishment. I had a massage with Jeannine which was extremely relaxing. I am a dental hygienist which causes me to have pretty sore arm, neck, and back muscles. Jeannine got all the right places with the right amount of pressure! I left feeling like a new person. I also had a Himalayan salt foot soak with Jocelyn which I also highly recommend, my feet are wicked soft now! Shoutout to Jeannine and Jocelyn!

I received a gift card for my birthday and without knowing any of the massage therapists, I was randomly assigned to Jocelyn. And how lucky I was. She was very thorough and discussed my issues before she began. It was the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. Using a wide variety of techniques she was able to relieve much of my pain. She was so great that I went back for a second massage before my vacation ended. I wish I had someone as wonderful and thorough as her in my hometown. I Will definitely be back to see her when I visit Lincoln again.

I went for the first time for a 90-minute massage with Jocelyn - she is AMAZING, highly recommend! I will ask for her again for my next visit. She identified sore muscles, used different techniques, and was overall professional and very nice, checking in with me several times during the massage and giving some feedback on which muscles to try to foam roll going forward etc. She definitely knows her stuff and is a talented masseuse!
