From start to finish, my experience at Solitude Head Spa was pure luxury. Michelle was incredibly welcoming and explained everything I needed to know about hair and scalp maintenance. Highly recommend treating yourself to a relaxing and refreshing day at Solitude. Extra appreciative I didn’t have to wash/dry my hair for the rest of the week and it’s still silky soft.

Went here today for my first head spa experience and it DID NOT disappoint. It was everything I needed. Michelle is so knowledgeable and I was grateful for some self care. She really took her time and you can tell she's passionate about what she does. I dont think I've been that relaxed my entire life and my scalp felt and looked amazing after. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!

The scalp massage was phenomenal, and I noticed an immediate boost in my hair’s softness and shine. Michelle’s patience and attention to detail stood out as she explained each step with care. I had the most amazing scalp detox massage experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Booking was super easy, and the entire process was incredibly calming. The massage itself was relaxing, and I could feel the tension in my scalp melting away. The before and after pictures truly showcased the incredible results — my scalp felt refreshed, and my hair looked noticeably healthier! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be returning for sure!

Aside from Michelle being so professional and kind- I had the most incredible experience!!! It was the most thorough and relaxing service! Genuinely, I can not wait to get back. 5 stars isn’t enough for the amazing head spa treatment I received today from Michelle. It was my first time ever going to a head spa and I was really anxious due to having severe scalp psoriasis. Michelle made me feel so welcome, comfortable and genuinely interested on creating a treatment plan for my condition. I was so relaxed and feel so grateful my experience was with Michelle. My hair and scalp have never felt so clean and light weight. My boyfriends keeps complimenting how good my hair smells as well lol I can’t wait to go back! I have already shared her page to all of my friends and family.

I rarely do anything for myself. So this was a treat. What an awesome experience. The foyer was very well thought out and inviting. I was treated like royalty. Michelle was the most gracious host. Such a calm and inviting room. She even created a marquee with my name. The little things matter. She took the time to explain all to me and do a microscopic review of my scalp, which I watched on a provided tablet. I was offered a very comfortable wrap so my neck and shoulders would be exposed. I was also offered a weighted blanket (um yes please) and was tucked in. I was there well over an hour. If you are looking for a gift for anyone, give them this treat!!! I will be going back and gifting my daughter and mother. Michelle, until next time. Thank you so much. I sincerely needed that.
