My mom found this hidden gem in 2022. I went for the first time summer of 2024 and again in March of 2025. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The FULL experience. The kindness of the staff when you walk in the doors. The full service from tour, help, ordering drinks if desired and more. The beautiful locker rooms, amenities, waiting area and more. This place and people make you feel SO special. Then, the massage. WOW! Hands down the best massage I've ever had--and that says a lot. Madi and Riley took care of us during our time there and they were absolutely top notch and Jason did my deep tissue massage. I cannot say enough great things and am already planning my next trip!

Honest feedback: this is a great place is you haven’t been to other spas or are coming from a rural area. For my seasoned spa folks- don’t let the top 100 or reviews fool you. This is a mid level spa at best. 1- the treatment rooms are not sound proof and are located immediately once you enter the spa (aka noisy.) The relax room is too small and also full of traffic aka noisy. The lockers are stacked and in one small section. There is no place to hang a robe. Treatments aren’t explained. 0 questions were asked about my preferences or areas to focus on. Do not order food or drinks- Lordy the drinks were the worst I’ve had in Oklahoma. My facial was almost 45 minutes behind schedule. My toes was cut significantly during my pedicure. Overall the staff was friendly but not at all the five star level you’d expect from the visuals and reviews of this spot.

You guys are incredibly professional and accommodating. The Spa is exceptionally clean and has a soothing feel. I have come here over several years. I have had everything from massages, waxing, facials, pedicures, manicures, having my lashes permed and dyed, and mud detox wraps. They usually send you a text prior to get your information and preferences. The services are listed on their site, and you can always ask the front desk staff for more information. They are always friendly and helpful. If you are in the room with the person performing your service and have questions they are always glad to answer any questions you may have. Often I end up going to the restaurant after a spa day where they accommodate my food allergies. I love coming here!

I've been to this spa several times and loved each visit. The staff is always so friendly. The place is beautiful, and the treatments always feel amazing. Anytime I go with friends, we love to eat at the Springs restaurant there at the Artisan Hotel where the spa is located, and then go for our spa treatments. It's always a great time! The only thing I think I'd like better is a little bit of a larger lounge area. It's always a treat to go though!

Rhonda was amazing. Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. I had been dealing with muscle pain in my neck for several months. I came away pain free. She listened and treated me with such dignity and respect. I felt like I was taken care of, not just a number. I drove from the DFW area and met a friend. We’ll meet again there very soon. Perfect weekend pampering!

My massage was not good. I have had better ones at a walk in mall. I like to get massages at higher end places. I believed this one was, however, the lady was very nice and didn't want to complain but she barely massaged me. It was the strangest thing ever. She talked more than massages. She spend most of it on one hand and arm. She literally spent at least 15 min there and maybe 5 on the other hand and then just a up and down hand slide in my back. No pressure. I really wanted a great neck and shoulder tension release, asked for firm pressure and I think 2 or 3 minutes if that was spent on my neck and then the timer went off. Most of the time was talking and stopping while she talked. Again, very nice but not a great experience. I wanted to say something but sound it hard because she was nice. :/

Excellent service! Mya and Anita were amazing! My best friend whom I took for her birthday was pampered by her masseuse and facial professional as well and it was serene, relaxing and enjoyable! We will be back!
