I have been trusting Laurel with my skin for over 20 years. I have followed her from different salons and was so thrilled when she decided to open her own place, Solasta. I look forward to my time with Laurel because I know my skin and eyebrows will look great. She has the best skin products and is so helpful with recommending what would be good for me. The salon is a lovely, inviting, peaceful space. Treat yourself to one of her facials-the best! I can't recommend her or Solasta any more highly. This place is a gem in the Uptown area.

I’ve been going to Solasta for about two years now and highly recommend it! The space is beautiful and every room is intentionally designed to be a calming space. This is my go to place to get Brazilians and any other waxing done. Laurel is super kind and fun to talk to and is amazing at what she does! Plus sugaring feels a little bit more gentle than other waxes so it makes me feel more comfortable with it. I recently did a seasonal facial with Laurel as well and it was so relaxing! All the products she used smelled so good. I’ve also gotten a few massages with Laura and don’t want to get massages anywhere else! Laura is really talented, kind and always has the best music playing for a massage. I always walk out feeling calm and content. 😌

Recently had a facial with Laurel at Solasta, which was transformative. It started when I walked in. The space is calming, and filled with natural light. Laurel’s treatment room was lit with candles, and was so warm and relaxing. The treatment table was so incredibly comfortable! The facial was such a gift. The products are amazing, smelled good, and weren’t filled with chemicals. Laurel gave me a very need upper body massage, which just melted me. When my treatment ended my face was so soft, and plump. I purchased a few products to maintain the vibrancy. And, most importantly, I booked a return visit. Highly recommend, Solasta.

I booked a facial with Laura and it was amazing, a true experience for the senses. It was so relaxing, I could feel the tension melt away, and my skin looks great! I also had my eyelashes tinted and haven’t had to wear mascara for months. I can’t recommend her enough!

Don’t worry, about a thing, ‘cuz every little thing, is going to be alright!….this is the song that popped in my head as I walked out of Solasta after an out of body experience with Laurel. Seems strange that a facial would take you to a level of peace and calm unlike no other but somehow Laurel managed this heightened sense of complete serenity. Do yourself a giant favor and book any facial treatment with her! She was kind, funny and personable. If I had the time and funds I would go everyday, no joke. My energy and spirit has definitely been restored! Thank you Solasta and huge thank you to Laurel!!

I love receiving facials by Hannah! She is skilled in her techniques and her energy allows me to let go and relax. When I do feel like chatting she’s easy and fun to talk with! I love the quality of the products that she uses on my skin. They smell amazing and feel so luxurious. My face always looks fresh and healthy after her treatments. It’s one of my favorite ways to care for myself!
