This was my first visit and I’m sure I’ll be going back! I had a facial with Autumn and she was great — super friendly and made sure everything was just right for my personal needs. The spa/salon itself is bright and clean. Great place!

Worst experience I’ve had in my life. I waited 2 weeks to get the stylist of my choice and found out upon arriving there was “a wild mix up” with my appointment so I’d be getting the Molly, the stylist that was in. My gut instinct was to leave but I gave it a chance. Big mistake both for my hair and my wallet $$. Simple process of taking gray to blonde with my heads up I tend to get brassy tones. The mixture was put on and left on for an hour. If you know about using color you know after a point it stops and just damages the hair further. That’s what happened. The brassiness was dominant now. I should mention Molly did another haircut while I sat there unchecked with the mixture on my head. As she rinsed off my head her next appointment arrived early. Now was the reveal and I wasn’t pleased or impressed and I wasn’t the only one. It was obvious it was a bad job. I had gone this far now I desperately needed a good haircut. Big mistake! It was a rush job that left me looking like I had a mullet! There was no styling no effort put into the job. If short hair wasn’t her forte I should’ve been told. I was still shocked at the terrible job when I was paying because I should not have paid! The manager Lynn asked Molly how much and they came up with an amount “based on her time” I was later told when I questioned it. Yes it was my first time at this salon and no they did not mention any kind of discount for first time as they advertise on their websites. They also did not mention what they’d be charging me for. Partially my fault for not being aware of these at the time. Over $400 later I was mortified I couldn’t even make wearing a hat look cute! It was that bad! The last thing I wanted to do was complain or hurt anyone’s feelings but I was so unhappy with how I looked not to mention I had a reunion that weekend. After much discussion with others I decided to call the salon and let them know. I was given several reasons why it was my fault it didn’t come out and then told Lynn the manager would give me a call back. I gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation. An entire week went by and no one got back to me! Unprofessional and in poor taste. I had no intention of letting them further destroy me hair. I’ll include whatever mixture Molly put on my head ruined the texture of my hair! It was dull, flat, dry and sat heavy on my head. I was able to get refunded for the absurd amount minus the 15% tip I had included. During this time Molly disappeared from the store. That showed further she had no integrity in her work. It was sheer lack of decency as a human being. The tip was $38 and at best I should’ve been paid for the horrifically bad job at that point. Doubtful this review will be shown as solari salon only posts positive reviews.. very misleading much like the operation they’re running. Poor staff poor management. Steer clear!
