We had an absolutely amazing experience. Great massages with options for add ons that were amazing. The spa has appointments for the infrared sauna - a great way to get benefits of a sauna without the unbearable heat of a steam sauna. We felt like we got the royal treatment for my husband's birthday. Great shower rooms to head off to the Plaza for dinner after.

I almost never leave companies reviews. However, I had such an amazing experience here at this spa I felt I needed to say something. I had my service in December 2024. And I still think about it almost 2 months later!!!! I was in KC for work and happened to stay near this spa. I’ve tried a lot of spas and massage places in a bunch of different states. This place blew my socks off. It was so so amazing! I got the massage where it’s just neck shoulders and back. I couldn’t say enough good things about the environment and the service. The lady was so sweet ( I wish I could remember her name). My service itself was 10/10 stars. I was so so relaxed and her technique was perfect. If I lived closer, I would be a regular lol. I will for sure be back if I am ever back in KC. THANK YOU SOJOURN SPA!!!

I had an amazing experience at Sojourn Spa! The ambiance was stunning, and every detail was thoughtfully designed. I enjoyed a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage with Jada, who gave a perfect, relaxing massage tailored to my needs. Then, I had the OTO Restored Radiance Facial with Mikayla M. Her her welcoming personality made the experience even better. My skin was glowing afterward, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend Sojourn for anyone seeking spa services.

I’ve been doing my daily routine per Devin since he gave me my first facial when Sojourn first opened! AMAZING! He also checks in with me to either keep me on track or remind me to get back on track. I told him I need a whole me treatment day, and he recommended a perfect combination of services from all available at the spa, even those he does not do! Great place, relaxing, and a true Kansas City spa (and hotel)!

I had a wonderful massage with Jada! She was polite and professional. All of the staff I encountered were top notch! The facilities were very clean and beautiful. The whole team made me feel special and important! The four star rating is due to pricing. $150 for a 50 minute massage in KC and the credit card fee was unreasonable.

Ashley, the spa manager, knew I prefer very firm pressure deep massage so she recommended Kathrine. Well, she exceeded my expectations and she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! I felt so good afterwards. Highly recommend!

What a refreshing gift to have this exhilarating spa right on the Plaza! It has a beautiful, calming atmosphere with luxurious treatment options! I had the custom massage and not only was my masseuse accommodating but the massage table also adjusted to meet my needs. Grateful!
