Love this Spa. Very professional service! Top notch quality! Spotless! Very clean! Everything is in order. Food quality is amazing also the Korean body scrub experience was amazing as well! Loved the hydro water therapy, also the many different types of pool. Beautiful view of Manhattan and Hudson River. Finally a place with healing mineral water pools in the USA.

Came here with my best friend for her birthday weekend and we had such a relaxing experience! This was also my first time being at a spa overall so this was a perfect way to start my spa experience! This spa is super clean, organized, LARGE, and had something for literally everyone to enjoy! The place is also very pretty throughout! The food court also had pretty good options to choose from! Loved it! Come here for a relaxing weekend after a hard work week or just to celebrate, either way, you’re going to enjoy yourself!

We booked an overnight for New Year's Eve with the intention of starting out the New Year feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Our experience didn't disappoint. I really enjoyed all the extra amenities we received with booking the hotel. Valet parking, branded water bottles, towels and reusable bags came in handy while at the spa. We also had truffles and a bottle of champagne delivered to our room which were icing on the cake. The variety of pools are fantastic. The cleanliness was by far my favorite part of the spa experience. Overall, I loved my experience and highly recommend. I will be back soon! Tips: Keep in mind it's a barefoot policy so you need to be comfortable walking without socks or shoes. Checkin early and you have use of all spa amenities for a full two days (if you are just staying one night). Visit the infinity pool in the morning as soon as they open to have it all to yourself. The silk pools are a favorite and go with early in the morning or much later, when most people have left for the day.

I had the pleasure of visiting SOJO Spa for our anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the serene ambiance and the friendly staff made us feel at ease. The spa offers a variety of luxurious treatments, and we opted for the rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect setting to unwind and celebrate our special day. The facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the unique thermal baths and saunas that helped us relax and rejuvenate. The tranquil atmosphere throughout the entire space added to the overall experience, allowing us to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The service was impeccable, with the staff ensuring our comfort and providing thoughtful recommendations on the best treatments to enjoy. I highly recommend SOJO Spa for anyone looking for a perfect day of relaxation and pampering. Whether for a special occasion like ours or just a much-needed escape, this place is an absolute gem! We left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit.

It’s a good place with nice view. I don’t like that everyone walking without slippers honestly wasn’t feeling very comfortable. Specially dining place. Also was expecting more chilling dining place to relax and talk with friends between our spa experience. But spa rooms very nice. Clean. Ones in a while it’s a good place from my opinion.

My two girlfriends invited me to SoJo Spa for my birthday and we spent the whole day there. We drove from PA and it was worth every mile. I really believe that for your body to fully release serotonin and boost dopamine, you need to spend enough time in a spa. A quick two-hour visit is nice and better than nothing, but it won’t give you that deep, blissful reset. And SoJo was perfect for that. It was clean, beautiful, well-maintained and well-organized, there was decent food on-site, and a variety of baths, saunas, and steam rooms, plus the Korean scrub (a must) and volcano sand (very memorable! - I couldn’t stay under the whole 15 minutes, my friends could). There are both co-ed spaces and separate areas for women and men, so you can choose your vibe. If I had to compare SoJo to AIRE Ancient Baths, they offer different experiences: AIRE is more introspective, sensual, intimate, and meditative, while SoJo is livelier, more social, and designed for an all-day retreat. You can still find quiet corners for reflection, but expect a shared space experience. Overall, great experience and got what we wanted: a full-day spa getaway, incredible bonding with my girlfriends, and a feeling of true relaxation. Again, I think the fact that we didn’t rush and could spend the whole day there made all the difference.

Soja was a great water park experience! My partner and I enjoyed trying out the baths, pools and saunas (our favorite was the touch-to-start jet massage pool). We would recommend to people who want to try something new with the caveat that it is more of an adult pool party rather than a serene, tranquil spa.* Pros: 🅿️ FREE parking right 50ft from the spa entrance (lot entrance is past the spa on the right, before the light) 👣 Feet covers to use in the bathroom (because you’re barefoot all day!) 🧖 All day access to all the pools, baths and saunas, you could spend all day there! We stayed from 10-2 (4 hours) before getting lunch at Mitsuwa which is right next door 💦 Water stations at high traffic areas AND showers supplied with shampoo, conditioner and lotion! Notes: 🎉 Adult pool party! The crowded pools and saunas had people splashing and swimming around, one person was even diving underwater 🫧 Even the sauna rooms were full with people sardined and squashed up against the walls 🗣️ Groups of 2 and up to 8 people were all chatting even in the sauna rooms. Staff members have “QUIET” signs they wave and sometimes other guests “shush” in the rooms, but we did not mind the talking. It just was not what we thought coming into a “spa” 🦶 Expect to be barefoot all day! Unless you pack another pair of socks that you’re comfy with getting wet, the whole facility to feet first. Some people snuck their (dirty) “outside” shoes into the spa areas but it ruins the experience for everyone else abiding by the “inside” (clean) rules, since they’re tracking the dirt from their shoes into the clean areas 💰 If you do want the private, serene experience, they have massage rooms, a volcanic sand burial ($20 for 10-15 min), and even a private ice room. These range from $60 to $490 for a 60-minute session. Overall it was a fun day trip visiting the saunas in the morning and the Mitsuwa afterwards. Glad to experience it once! *We went on a (lucky) 80 degree Saturday in March, so it might have been more busy than normal.

Wow! Awesome treatments. The Korean Scrub was so invigorating. The Silk Bath was like emerging in a pool of lotion! I was so pleased that even though it was 30 degrees outside, the outside baths were so comfortable and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And the food was awesome! I will definitely go back!
