I booked the private spa package for my boyfriend’s birthday. The massage was very relaxing and I loved that they customized the hot tub he loved it! The setting was very nice and staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and come back another time !

The Esthetician-Coco for my facial cleansing was excellent. My pores on my face look great. My face feels rejuvenated.
My therapist-Cindy for my full body massage was great as well.
My muscles are no longer tight.

Let’s start with what they promise is not what you get
On the website it says you have a privet sauna which is a lie
The sauna is public
We scheduled to 10:00 and waited 45 minutes!!!!!
The massage: cold room, no music 70 years old masseuse that can’t do strong
Private spa: there is no bathroom so if you would need to use the toilet you would have to go out of the room
The room and wanted are COLD you can’t change the temperature

Amazing spa day, very accommodating staff, massages really hit the spot, private jacuzzi room was an excellent touch plus free snacks/drinks!! Highly recommend!

Lovely first spa experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spa was clean and music was peaceful. I wear medical devices and the masseuse was very mindful. Will have to come back!

This place buys their reviews by offering a coupon for $10. THAT is why they have 4.6 stars and it’s what swindled me into coming here. The services were extremely mediocre at best and bad at worst. Then the staff DEMANDED a 20% tip. A massage etc is a service where tip is optional and a 20% tip is pretty unheard of. I tip 20% or more for meals where I know the waitstaff etc isn’t being paid a fair wage because it’s a tipped position. This is not. The prices for their services are very reasonable but not once this extra, essentially mandatory fee is added. Plus the services weren’t good and the facilities weren’t either. Never again. Highly don’t recommend.

Bought a couples massage for my boyfriend’s birthday. Massage was okay, and the beds were hard as a rock. BUT what freaked me out was that I did not realize that they left the door halfway opened during our massage. I felt very uncomfortable by that because anyone could walk by and see us on the tables. It felt like a complete lack of privacy. The saving grace was the jacuzzi room which was very nice and relaxing but other then that experience was just okay.
