I recently visited Soak & Sage Spa, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience! The saunas and steam room were the perfect for unwinding and the hot tub was so refreshing and relaxing. I don't like cold water so skipped the plunge :) They provided access to robes, slippers, towels, and lockers as well an aromatherapy inhaler and refreshments. I really enjoyed the snowballs and cold towels to cool off in the saunas and steam room. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and serene, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation. If you’re in search of a spot to unwind and treat yourself, I highly recommend Soak & Sage Spa—it's truly a gem!

I'm very pleased with the attention to detail in this place. Besides the variety of things you'd expect to see in a spa of this sort, the small touches truly make a difference. Firstly, I've never seen a Dyson in a spa changing room before. How many times have you left a spa with wet hair because the existing fan felt like it would take forever to dry you? I've done that countless times, so I was delighted to see that fan there. The inhalers – jars that you can take with you to the warm rooms – are fantastic. You can enjoy your own aromatherapy without being overwhelmed by pre-existing scents. Snowballs! Cold, wet towels and actual snowballs can be found in a fridge in the common area, allowing you to enjoy contrasting temperatures while resting. They provide large silicone cups that you can use to fill with water – cold, medium, and sparkling. Tea is also available for free, and coconut water is available for purchase. I really appreciated that I could come to the spa with my boyfriend and share the experience together, without being separated. Plus, you can actually have a normal conversation here, instead of whispering, making it a great place to catch up with friends. I imagine it would be a fantastic venue for bridal showers. Bring your own swimsuit, and at the exit, you can dry it in the wetsuit drying machine in just 20 seconds. I noticed that some services are available, such as facials and probably massages, but I was so captivated by the main experience that I'll have to try those next time.

It was a wonderful experience! I came here solo and left with new friends and feeling the most rejuvenated I’ve felt as a small business owner and mom to a little. Due to delays from the county, it’s still undergoing some renovations and permit approvals, but the potential for what it will become is incredible! The contrast pools and rooms were calming yet invigorating. The owner and team were passionate, friendly, and helpful. Although I’m from Tacoma, I will revisit Soak and Sage Spa to try the massages and other treatments when they are available, too!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Soak & Sage Spa in Renton! The hot soak, cold plunge, steam room, and Temazcal sauna were incredibly relaxing, and the aromatherapy touches made it even better. We loved the social yet peaceful atmosphere—it felt like a mini retreat. The staff was friendly, and the entire space was well-designed for ultimate relaxation. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back!

Came with some girlfriends after a workout class and had an amazing time. The only reason there is one star missing is due to the ambiance, the whole thing felt like a “pop up spa” instead of a brick & mortar spa (e.g., make shift walls so you can hear people clearing phlegm in the next room, industrial ceilings, warehouse floors, curtains blocking the locker room instead of doors, etc.). It’s a personal preference more than anything They have wonderful descriptions of the hot cold cycle you can follow to energize or recover. We chose recovery, starting with the warm pool, then brought snow balls to the warming hut, towels to the steam room, cold plunge & finished with the sauna. The sauna was definitely the star of the show, was a gorgeous room. I loved all the extra amenities they offered to elevate the experience: snow balls to cool down, smelling jars to experience calming effects in the rooms, cool towels for the sauna or steam room, robes, sandals, & bathing products in the shower.

AMAZING experience! We have been to many day spas and this is the best. The little details really add up here like having a tincture drink at the beginning to the tea station, cold towels and overall atmosphere. We specifically loved the cold plunge. Many spas just have a “cool” pool (about 70 degrees) but this was a true cold plunge (43 degrees) and we loved it! So good for your body. Will definitely be back!
