My girls and I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience at the salt cave! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a calming atmosphere and friendly staff. The ambiance was absolutely serene, making it the perfect spot for a much-needed getaway. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with amazing benefits, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

My husband gave me the best birthday and Valentine’s Day gift with a gift card. I chose the Strawberry Crème bliss treatment. Isabella was my therapist and she was very professional and compassionate to my needs. I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked into the office. I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking to relax and need to release tension. Two things I would recommend is that you need to expand and have a larger bathroom and maybe have a separate meditation rooms for couples, women and men.

First off let me start out by saying I was so excited to purchase this Groupon for the salt cave for my husband and I anniversary in March. The salt cave was very relaxing, I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere the cool eye pillow that was given to me to help us relax. However, the customer service at the front desk when my husband and I arrived was absolutely atrocious and awkward. Not only were we not immediately greeted when we walked through their doors by the two women and the gentleman at the front desk, but there were awkward stares and no “welcome in we are happy to see you.” It was absolutely awful. I would suggest proper greeting training for your front desk and or maybe different employees with better personalities to handle your front desk. Most businesses know the person at the front desk represents the company as a whole and they are NOT representing your spa very well. And for that reason I will not return.

Visiting the Salt Cave was one of the most relaxing spa treatments I have ever received. I wasn't sure what to expect. While it didn't feel like 5-days at the beach, as was suggested, it did feel like I'd taken a long nap. I did not miss having my phone or watch with me... electronics need to be left in a locker. If you're thirsty, try the spa water infused with Lemons and Cucumbers. Delicious! A couple things I'll point out - 1. The spa smells amazing the moment you walk in; 2. It's has a tranquil and calming effect while you wait in the lounge for your service time.

I had the absolute worst experience here ever two weeks ago. Massage experience was very sub par. Well below my expectation level. Complained to the manager named Tyler. He never followed up and made sure my concerns were addressed. I felt like he was just brushing me off and hoping I would go away. I had been using this spa location for well over 10 years but the service has cratered tremendously. I will never be going back. Just awful

So I will start out by saying this … I honestly and truly wanted to love this place unfortunately that didn’t happen. I honestly think it needs better management. It’s very dated in terms or the aesthetics of the spa it just feels OLD AND RAN down , Compared to the other many beautiful spas in Raleigh. But that wasn’t the most tasteless part of my experience. I do have one positive the salt cave was ok. But my service was the worst!!! The masseuse that I had was 🆕 and I could tell because the massage felt like it was from a student in school. She was very unsure of herself. It was very inconsistent what she did on one side she didn’t do on the other. If your a person that get massages on a regular then you’ll understand what I’m say. I have no problem with people being new however they should shadow or have to do demonstration on the owner in order to get a job you should feel what your customers/clients would be receiving before putting them out there . Because I value my self care days and I pay quality price I would like to receive quality service. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this establishment nor would I encourage anyone else to spend money here if your looking for a well balanced, tension, relief, Massage you won’t receive it here however I did find two new places that I received awesome service from My first choice is 1)LORENA LUCA SPA My second is 2) WoodHouse they are both Worth every penny .

This spa is top notch! Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and affordable services. I personally love to see Alyson for waxing and facials. She is always so friendly and professional and has a ton of experience. I enjoy shopping in their gift shop that offers a wide selection of skincare products, jewelry, candles and other items. I tell everyone if they want a true spa experience come to Skin Sense!

I’m a little late in posting but I had an amazing and relaxing time here. Got the Milk and Honey Treatment with Paula who was an absolute gem of a woman. She made my experience even more relaxing. Will be coming again in the near future.
