I would highly recommend this place. Ive been suffering from cystic acne since the pandemic and coming here is like the calm during the storm. Today I had a 50min facial with Whitney and she was super gentle, communicative and professional. I left feeling like “wow, I needed that”. This place is pricey but Im not mad at it because it felt worth it. This is actually my third time to this location and I will always recommend this spot. I was glad I could get an early morning booking because they book quickly. Thank you again! Update: I still visit this location and Rheagan is my esthetician. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and I no longer struggle with cystic acne. I treated my dad and sister to this place and I still highly recommend. Thank you!

5/5 stars! I was greeted, checked in, and offered a beverage within the first 90 seconds of me being there. Which is impressive compared to the amount of spas that I’ve been to previously. Now Marissa, My aesthetician.. was SUPERB! She welcomed me and made me feel more than comfortable. She’s soft spoken, VERY knowledgeable, and extremely insightful (keeping you well informed of the benefits and what each products does). Furthermore, I wanted to touch on her handwork.. her hands are BLESSED. When applying certain products she would put them on in the same “pattern” that your lymphatic system drains.. which, for me, is KEY to an above average facial. Thank you Silver mirror for such an enjoyable experience, and a special thank you to Marissa for absolutely PAMPERING me. I will be back & Will be recommending to all my friends and family!

They burned my face and gaslighted me into thinking I was the problem despite me disclosing information on my form. Management was not helpful. The shift supervisor assisted me and offered treatment to help with recovery. The employee at fault still remained employed which was a red flag for me. I discontinued my services with them. I'd been there for a couple of years and met with several providers. They were burnt out from long hours or frustrated pushing product on customers to meet sales goals which prompted them to leave for other employment. I really do like this concept. I hope they can foster a better workplace and customer experience.

This was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had! Mercedes was fantastic; she explained every step of the process and gave me recommendations on how to take care of my skin. I can recommend Silver Mirror enough!

Walked in today to buy a couple of gift certificates. No one was at the front desk, but there were six workers in the adjacent room next door chatting amongst themselves (not working on customers). They looked up but No one said hello. No acknowledgment whatsoever. So after standing there for 5 minutes, I decided to leave. Figured if this is the level of customer service, I should look elsewhere. Maybe their facials are good, but we’ll never know.

I love the DuPont location! I feel special and cared for each time I go in, and leave feeling relaxed and beautiful. You definitely need to ask for Shardae; she's so knowledgeable, engaging, funny, all with a magic touch. Thank you DuPont Silver Mirror and Shardae!
