I’ve been here twice now, and I will forever add this to my self care. They are great at greeting you and making you feel comfortable from start to finish. We first started with a hair analysis and that was so eye openings. Then came the most amazing part, the massaging and shampooing! Tina was my tech and she was incredible. Amazing pressure points and checked in with me from time to time too. 1000% coming back

A tidy little spa! If you like the hair washing part of a salon treatment you’ll like this! They were booked out for months, so I was excited for my appointment of the classic head spa scalp treatment. Lots of dry brush, scraping, and then lathering or my hair with scalp and neck massage interspersed. The oscillating rainbow scalp sprinkler was relaxing, but I was concerned with how much water was being used. They also cover your face for a moment when they move the sprinkler which was a startling. They dry your hair at the end too. My scalp felt refreshed and my hair felt soft! If you are sensitive to air freshener smell this might not be a good experience for you. Overall a good experience.

The massage was fantastic. Loved the scalp massage and the hot stone back massage I received 10/10! The only reason I won’t give them 5 stars is because In the package that I paid for included a blow out after the scalp massage. They did dry it, but not a blow out. Pointing the dryer at my hair (without heat protection btw) does not count as a blow out. The girls were very nice and when I mentioned it they tried to do something about my hair being a puff ball… but a blow out was not what I got. Very disappointing because one I paid for something I didn’t get, and two I was hoping I wouldn’t have to deal with my hair on Xmas eve before my party. But overall the service was fantastic and like I said, the staff was a very professional and knowledgeable. I would go back, but I would maybe try to be more specific about what you’re hoping to get after washing your hair.

This would be a 5 star experience if the employees attempted to give you a halfway decent blow dry. I don’t expect a salon-level blow out but this portion of the service could be improved. Why don’t they use the smoothing nozzle on the Dyson hair dryer? The last two visits different employees did the exact same thing: blew a ton of hot air in every direction with no nozzle to concentrate the airflow and smooth out your freshly cleansed hair. There is a language barrier and the last person did not understand my request to dry my own hair. I was so upset leaving with a ton of frizz for a second time and I do not plan on returning. It’s such a shame because I truly enjoy the head spa and feeling of relaxation. I hope they can take my feedback and make some positive changes for their customers.

Update: just had my second head spa service here and it was even better than the last! ❤️ Thank you so much! If you love getting your hair brushed and want to have a squeaky clean scalp, you gotta go here! I got the Chinese Herb Head Spa and it was unbelievably relaxing. Part massage, part hair washing, with a blow dry at the end. Super calm atmosphere. I'll be back for sure 😁 Edit: They often post last minute openings on their Instagram stories so go follow them to snag a spot

I went to this place twice and got the D4 Classic Head spa both times. They don’t really massage your head. They do it for like 1-2 minutes and the rest of the time, they are just washing your and brushing your hair. I thought maybe the first time, it was due to the person I got but nope, the second time was the same thing but with a different person. Save your money and just go get a head massage.

Went a little over a year ago. For over $100, I didn't get what I wished for. The service was unprofessional (friendly staff but kept complaining about her personal life while giving me massage), and the facility felt rather simple. I couldn't relax at all, cuz I was lying right next to another customer and could hear their conversation for the entire time. It was also a little chilly especially bc my head and neck were wet. The 'water curtain' thing looked cool but didn't feel any special to me at all. Probably one of the only spas I've been to in the Seattle area, so I can't compare it to other ones, but I wouldn't go again personally. If you're also looking for the kind of scalp massage experience in Asian countries, you may not be satisfied, at least from my experience a year ago.

My masseuse must have been sick because she kept sniffling and coughing over my face during my head spa appointment. Made it difficult to relax. Update my masseuse was sick and gave me COVID.
