I’ve gone here since we moved here over 7 years ago, and I won’t go anywhere else. Ashley is amazing with my hair (highlights, color and cuts). Melissa is fabulous also with massages. Everyone is super sweet and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Booked cut and color with Jocelyn. Was late didn't get the color just the cut, I got hit by a truck on mu motorcycle so transportation was late, thus I was.
Got the cut, pd $40+ and booked bleach and color. Pd. $230 for bleached and colored strands. Two washes later, I'm being called Chuckie. When I sent the photos, this was the response from Jocelyn:
Hello, shampoo and conditioner are not the only contributing factors with fading , many things can and will cause fading. I do many of these colors and have never had an issue. These are not permanent colors. Splat may last longer but is not good for the hair in any way. If that's what you want to do with your hair then go ahead and use that. I do not do hair for free nor do I refund my work. I get paid on my time and product and didn't charge you for your first appointment that had to be rescheduled after arriving 20 min late. Therefore not being paid for an hour I had marked for your hair.
So okay. Here is my review .
She is nice . But don't get your hair colored. Cut is good.

I get all my waxing done here. Ashley is amazing. She always checks that you are satisfied before you leave and insists you call and let her know if you have any problems (reactions to the wax or bumps etc.) If you can't get booked online sometimes she'll work you in if you call. She's so friendly and they are so clean and have a great atmosphere. I've had a massage here too and loved that as well. They are very accommodating and I'm so glad we have them in town.

I LOVE Shimmer Spa! I love everything about this place! Alex does absolutely beautiful nails, Joslyn always does an awesome job waxing my eyebrows and coloring, cutting, and styling my hair, and Ashley gives the best massages! Shimmer Spa is always welcoming, warm, and comfortable and they all go out of their way to make sure you feel pampered!
