Went to the spa for my 4th anniversary as a gift from my husband and everything was going smoothly. I had services to get a massage, wax, and facial. Before the facial, I was placed in a room to get myself together and as I go to sit on the table it flipped into a folding position causing me to fall to the ground with the bed. Two ladies came in to sit the table up and no cared to asked if I was ok and I complained about me hitting my ear on the table. Now I’m stiff with things to do this weekend and looks like I will be canceling the rest of my day due to the negligence of this place to ensure the safety of the customers before the are asked to lie on a table. The only explanation is that one of the workers were gone for a month and a new employee didn’t adjust the table correctly. This is my first and last time I will be going to this place.

I have had 2 appointments canceled in the last month on the day of. It is funny how they have a cancellation policy but nothing for clients that have had the appointments set up for weeks and then canceled the exact day. Will not be giving them a 3rd shot. I will look for another place from here on out.

My daughter gets her lashes done here, and I've sent a few friends as well. The best in Clarksville and all around. Clean and great people. You can't ask for more

I had 45 mins deep tissue massage today at this place and it was an amazing experience! The young lady ( I wish I knew her name so I could mention her name) who was massaging me was very nice, respectful and very cautious and careful with the amount pressure that she would apply to my body. Even though that deep tissue massage is not supposed to be relaxing or pleasant cause it’s usually painful but I had a great time to the point where I fell asleep towards the middle of the massage. And the the staff were nice and respectful too.

Just had the best massage of my life! Letty has the hands of an angel! She flowed with music and listened to all of my points of concern and worked magic! Everyone in my family is getting a massage by her as a Christmas gift!

Visiting the area and hubby and I wanted/needed a massage. We booked a couples massage. Enjoyed the experience so much we booked one the next day for our son and daughter-in-love who also thought it was a great experience. Very clean. Relaxing ambiance. Talented masseuse. Friendly receptionist. Would use again!

To start off the spa is super nice with a great ambiance, the manager is super soft spoken and kind. I recently went for a 90 min deep tissue massage and facial with Frankie and Julyssa and it went amazing. They were both so attentive and took their time to give a great service. I would recommend Shangri-La to anyone that wants to have an amazing experience.
