Serenity Float Spa at the Lake of the Ozarks was good! My husband and I did the 2 person 1 hour float. The receptionist at the front was nice and informative. They supply all that you need to enjoy your float experience. The place was clean. The water in the tub could have been a little warmer though. Overall I think it was worth the money spent.

Did the one hour float. Was nervous I’d feel claustrophobic, but it was actually really nice. Water was a great temperature. The way the body actually floats is amazing. Has lights and ambient music that you can turn on and off as desired. Thought I’d get bored laying there for a full hour, but it was great. Floating feels like what I’d imagine life would be like without gravity. I swear my spine decompressed and it was amazing to move my body in all sorts of interesting and wonderful ways. I felt relaxed and happy afterward. They have built in showers with provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a bathroom for blow drying hair and doing makeup after. Every detail has been thought through and all my needs were provided for. I recommend giving it a try!

I used Serenity Now Float Spa in Ofallon, MO for their infrared sauna with red light therapy. It was wonderful. A quick check in, helpful employees showed me how it all worked, and I enjoyed my sauna time. Everything was very peaceful and clean. I am excited to go back and potentially try other services that they offer.

When you walk in there’s a sense of calmness and the staff help the process smoothly. I did the float spa and it helped me relax. I suffer from neck and back pain. I’m relaxed even after my session. I highly recommend this place.

I had a massage here with Sara and this place is great. The new facility had a warm atmosphere and the people are very friendly. Sara is wonderful and i had the best massage I have ever had! I can’t wait to try one of the other spa options they have to offer. I would recommend this place!

I brought my friend to do a salt bath float. Within 15 minutes of floating my friend said that her pain from her fiber myalga, was gone. She was able to make a fist, her range of motion increased. She continues to feel great after serveral days from doing the float. I also feel better. My muscles feel more relaxed. I am able to get out of the chair easier after sitting for awhile. During the float, my muscles release tention because there is no gravity to fight against. The benefit seams to last longer than a massage. I highly recommend the float.

Wow what an experience. I am definitely going back. Floating is so relaxing. My wife and I went for a Valentine's date and we both loved it. Edit: Went back again for another Valentines date. Just as wonderful as it was the first time. I like the sauna the most. Nothing better than that heat and sweating out those toxins!
