I got the 30 min Relaxation/Swedish Massage with Kathryn Hatcher and it was a pleasure. She was patient and very friendly. I would highly recommend that anyone use her for any services.

Her technique was impeccable and unique, as she seamlessly kneaded away all the tension and stress in my muscles, leaving me incredibly relaxed and renewed. Kevin is amazing. Literally request him he will get you right. Had the greatest welcome and makes you feel so comfortable. Book him. Also the lady at the front desk is so nice. They all cool people. And the prices there are reasonable.

She was so skilled and attentive to the areas where I'd mentioned holding extra tension, and her massage left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I want to mention again his professionalism because it’s of utmost importance when you’re having a massage. I was recently treated very poorly by receptionist Cindy Phillips. I called in the morning of my appointment because I had not received a confirmation text and I was told over the phone that my appointment was at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:27am and I was told that I was an hour late. Now usually I’m very considerate and I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the receptionist Cindy Phillips proceeded to have a horrible attitude with me and didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience. She repeatedly stated that, “Kevin (the guy who confirmed my appointment time), didn’t make a mistake and I was the one that was mistaken.” I didn’t appreciate her attitude at all. I really did enjoy my previous massage with Shelia and was looking forward to another one, but after being treated so poorly I do not plan on returning.

I received a deep tissue massage from Jena S and it was lovely. She did a great job of making me feel relaxed and comfortable and addressed all of my problem areas while making adjustments to pressure and such as needed. This was my second deep tissue massage at Serenity and I will definitely be back to see Jena again.
