I've gone here a bunch of times over the years and loved it every time. The body scrub and cucumber facial is invigorating and will make you feel so soft, the massages are deep and relaxing, and the dry and steam sauna are perfect for a really cold day.
The place is really clean, but never smells like cleaner.
It can be confusing the first time, but they give you a key that works in a locker out front and a locker in the changing room. The front one holds your wallet/shoes and the changing room locker holds your clothes. You put on a robe and keep the key in your pocket.
Highly recommend any service - easy to book online. Bring cash to tip!

First visit and I will definitely be back! The body scrub was an invigorating experience and the hair wash was pure bliss. The massage was so therapeutic and worked all the tension out of my back.

Wow!!!! Pleasantly surprised on how kind, clean, and attentive all staff were. I am very hard to please, but this was a 10/10 perfect experience. I’ve been to spas all around the world, never have I gotten a massage SO PERFECT in my life. I chose the package that includes the bath scrub, facial, and massage. Everything was perfect. Everyone took their time, not once did I feel rushed or a bother. The bath scrub was, wow. Baby smooth afterwards! The masseuse was a heaven sent angel! I felt like she was inside my body and could see all the knots! I felt her work on all the knots in my upper back/shoulders and could actively feel her getting them out. She didn’t stop until they were all out! I recommend the 90min massage option. Can’t wait to go back. My mother and I enjoyed ourselves greatly and even made some new friends! Thank you Seoul Spa!!!

I just received a terrible massage from this place. It was incredibly painful and the massage therapist kept doing things that frankly felt dangerous, like digging her elbow into my spine. I told her I had a shoulder injury and she proceeded to yank my arm forcefully, which I’m now worried may have caused lasting damage. Three hours later, my body hurts all over, and I walked into the establishment this morning feeling fine. I would steer clear of the massages here!!!

5 stars for YoYo! She did a great body scrub! The reason I put 2 stars, is because the guy at the front is incredibly rude! Then if it’s your first time u have no instructions on what to do! But for the amount of money I spent, I would go elsewhere. Inside doesn’t look or feel too clean.

Brian and the women do a great job keeping the dry & steam sauna going. I haven't tried massage, that's next on my list. So glad they are in Hartford. :)

Best massage I’ve ever had. The dry sauna was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Yesterday was the first day that I have had off and, completely to myself, in about seven months. So, what could I do for myself on this special day? I decided to visit Seoul Spa and Sauna for my very first visit. And it was a perfect decision. I've been to Korean baths quite a few times so I had a reasonable expectation of what the experience should be but, every business is run differently and has different staff so experiences can vary. I can happily state that everyone that I encountered at Seoul Spa and Sauna was fantastic. They were all doing their best to take care of me and ensure that my visit was pleasant. I left a happier and much more relaxed person than when I arrived and that sense lasted the remainder of the day and on top of it, I had an exceptionally restful nights sleep. The location is a reasonable distance from home so I fully intended to make more visits there whenever I can and would happily recommend it to anyone who has an interest in such things.
If you are contemplating a visit to Seoul Spa and Sauna, regardless if you are a Korean spa newbie or experienced one, I would recommend reviewing all of the POSITIVE reviews here on Google. Honestly, they all portray what I experienced first hand and gave a good picture of what to expect of the facility. If you are a newbie to Korean spas, I would recommend in addition to reading the reviews, doing some online research to get a clear understanding ahead of time about just what it is; it may be an acquired taste for some people. But, definitely try it once. A Korean scrub is a real simple and basic thing but it is a pleasurable and re energizing experience.
