I will start by saying that this was a great spa facility. Very clean and the staff were attentive. However, I booked a massage for my birthday with my mother and cousin (who flew in from out of town). As I was walking into the massage room with my masseuse she asked if I’d had surgery (I have not been asked that through the ENTIRE process of booking a month or so in advance). I told her I had a minor minimally invasive surgery 4-weeks ago and was cleared by my doctor 2-weeks ago during my post-op appointment. I was then told that I could not be serviced due to the casino’s policy of 6 weeks post-surgery services. The manager came and spoke to me after and told me that I needed a doctor's note. I asked her if I could call my doctor to clear things up. She said no and that I wouldn’t be serviced today regardless of whether I called my doctor or not. This was extremely disappointing, untimely, and inconvenient. If this information had been asked/given before I could’ve saved myself money, time, and effort. I feel like this situation could’ve been avoided if the policy had been given before making an appointment. Now I’m left with no massage for my birthday.

Senses Spa and Salon at the IP Biloxi is a great place. The front desk staff is always helpful and patient. Sophie, Kaitlyn, Aubrey, Steve, Abby.....the best team! Tiffany and Rebecca are both excellent hair stylist....love them! I only get my pedicures at the IP and I never have a preference of service providers because they are all so good ...Allen, Devon, and Tiffany. These ladies are top notch! The Spa area, exercise room and lounges are always clean, calming and inviting. They have everything you need and the hosts are always their to help. I absolutely love the facials. I think I have tried them all. I had the Deluxe Hydafacial today...it was great and Ashley did a super job! I also love the estheticians (Mandy, Ashley, Renee and Jamie). I guess I want to share that the staff here is ultra professional, super friendly and genuinely care about their clients and they strive to give the best service each visit. Make an appointment and see for yourself.

Great spa! The employees there work hard all day and are kind and attentive. The spa felt clean and welcoming. It was super busy and I still got individualized attention. The amenities were nice as well! I had no idea once you book a service, you can come and go as you please from the spa and use all the amenities. I didn’t catch her name but the young girl with the long blonde hair was the one who gave me a tour and I felt like she was so nice and like she knows the spa very well. I definitely want to come back!

I’ve been coming to this spa since I was 18 and it’s just as amazing as I celebrated my 30th birthday! I’ve come twice within the past 2 months. I’ve had Danielle and Mandy for a massage and facial in January and they were wonderful. In February I had Meg and she has magical hands. I’ve never had a bad therapist at this spa. The facilities are always enjoyable and I’m so glad the fruit water is back. The only thing I miss is lunch in the spa and the membership for locals!

Danielle was amazing! Went in for a deep tissue massage to address back pain issues. Instructed her to not spare me one bit. That gal kicked my butt and I enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend her.

I was gifted a hot stone massage for my birthday and what an awesome experience for my first massage! Emmalee gave an amazing hot stone massage! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. The amenities like the steam room and whirlpool were great as well. I would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

I recently visited Senses Spa with my partner for a couple's massage, and I must say it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and made us feel welcome. The ambiance of the spa was serene and calming, which helped us to relax and unwind even before our massage began. The couple's massage itself was fantastic, and we both left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. The massage therapists were skilled and attentive, and they made sure to tailor the experience to our individual needs. The massage room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout the session. Overall, I cannot recommend Senses Spa highly enough. The entire experience was fantastic, from start to finish, and we both left feeling like we had been truly pampered. The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating, and the spa itself was clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience, Senses Spa is definitely the place to go!

The staff here is amazing! The front desk staff was welcoming and kind. Jade and Patricia were wonderful spa hosts and made sure I had everything. Crystal gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! She was so kind and wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. Best customer service I have had at spa ever!
