I have had multiple services done at this spa and each time has been uniquely amazing! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The space is decorated well leaving you with a sense of serenity from the moment you walk in the door. I would highly recommend any of there locations and can’t wait to return for my next service!

I can't speak highly enough of Scents of Serenity. I've visited the Short Pump location and the Glen Allen location many times - both are absolutely lovely. The staff are professional, warm, and kind. I have enjoyed facials and massages. The prenatal massages really helped me through my pregnancy. I look forward to returning often.

Absolutely delightful spa! The ambiance is soothing and tranquil. The staff is welcoming, capable and very helpful to first timers. My massage therapist, Lucy, was quite knowledgeable about body mechanics, encouraged the giving of feedback, and asked very good questions before we started. I left feeling limber and relaxed. Scents of Serenity was a wonderful experience all around!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. Everyone was super friendly and the services I received, which were the manual lymphatic drainage and a deep tissue massage were awesome! I liked how Christopher really wanted to get a good understanding of the areas where I wanted him to focus on. He exceeded my expectations and I feel great! I am definitely coming back and have already referred a couple of my friends to get a massage as well.

Had to give a review on my amazing experience at the short pump location. I was warmly greeted right when I walked into the beautiful spa space. The aesthetics were very calming and serene. Molly was a wonderful massage therapist and focused on the areas I needed most. My body felt relaxed and my feet (as a runner) felt much better after my massage. I will be back!!

I went to Scents of Serenity at Short Pump for the first time and it will definitely not be the last. I had a body wrap with Patti, and a deep tissue massage with Justin, I highly recommend them both. They both were very professional and made sure I was comfortable during both treatments. I also like that Scents of Serenity is privately owned. This to me is a big plus.

I started going to Scents of Serenity last year and it has been consistently great. The facilities are beautiful, quiet, and immaculate. Scheduling is easy and they are always ready for me at my appointment. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the services are excellent (I’ve gotten facials and massages). There is a lot of attention to detail to make sure I am comfortable and they focus on anything specific I’m looking for. They always ask if I’d like them to explain what they’re doing or wait for me to ask if I have questions, which I love because it gives me the option for a super quiet appointment if that’s what I’m in the mood for. The products they use are quality and smell so nice. I have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction to anything they’ve used. Can’t say enough good things. I always feel so relaxed after my appointments and look forward to coming back.
