Absolutely perfect! Whether it’s a 5 out of 5, a 10 out of 10, or even a perfect 100 out of 100! This was my first experience, and I’m definitely planning to make it a regular part of my self-care routine. Billie Jean and Alexis were incredible. The experience was relaxing and soothing, and my hair felt fantastic for days afterward! They really took their time, and I never felt rushed. I even had some questions, and she followed up with detailed answers after I left. The spa itself was beautiful and impeccably clean! If you’re hesitant, just go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

This is the best spa experience ever! Billie Jean and her girls are amazing! She showed my mom and I our scalp before and after treatment and its so crazy the difference it really makes! They are so passionate about what they do which makes it an amazing and transforming experience! I love them so much! Thank you we had such a good day! The spa rooms are also so cute!! ;)

I had been wanting to visit a head spa and FINALLY did a few months ago! My before and after pics were eye opening! The whole process was so amazingly relaxing, you don’t know what you’re missing! I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited Scalp Serenity Head Spa and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, and Billie Jean was very informative and educated me on how to take care of my scalp correctly. The head spa treatment was heavenly—it included a soothing scalp massage, a refreshing hair wash, and a nourishing treatment that left my hair feeling silky smooth.

I had my first ever luxurious head spa/ scalp treatment. It was an amazing experience, definitely worth the money, and 10/10 recommend. My hair has felt heavy for a while, well because it is, it’s super long, and super thick. My natural curls were starting to fall and not hold. After my session My curls are back x 100. I’m obsessed!! I have one word to say after my visit – wow. Billie Jean is absolutely amazing. We did a consult and my scalp was a mess. After all was done, we then looked at my scalp again. Oh my goodness – I wouldn’t believe it was the same scalp. Not only that, my scalp felt (and still feels) awesome. She is a miracle worker and knows her stuff. She genuinely loves what she does and really, really wants to do a very good job. She is so personable and friendly but also very professional. I tried her at her new location in McCalla and her whole setup is something to see. She has done a lot of work and it shows. I would definitely recommend.
