Very therapeutic! Many temperature levels from the source, lobster pot - very spicy to the platte river - freezing! It is open 24/7 and free to enter, with little to no other people. Great spot!!

Love the hot springs in Saratoga. There are several springs to soak in with different temperature levels. Highly recommend hitting the springs if you're in the Saratoga area.

FREE, open 24 hours it’s extremely natural, not like a public pool or rec center. It’s run by volunteers, So don’t expect a clean well kept establishment But SO WORTH IT! TWO large pools, one runs between 111°F -103°F, & smaller pool runs in the 90s. BRING WATER SHOES! Especially if you’re tender footed. The floor of the pools are sand and rock. It’s always very busy. Beautiful relaxing environment, under starry skies.

Great place to soak in free thermal waters. The place has no lifeguard so if you visit the place be aware of that. It is near the river and it has a couple of places within the river that is not as hot as the walled two pools. The two pools inside the place have different depths, however, the temperature is the water is similar. There are some lockers with no locks. You bring your own. There are stairs and a ramp though I am not sure if is that great for wheelchairs. That said there is a path at the left by the entrance where they have the municipal pool that is OK though not paved. The trail I'm the back of the place and towards the main river section is beautiful. If you like to hike or walk I highly recommend it. The place is free and there is plenty of parking.

The pools were nice and HOT! Yes there is algae growth on the walls and stairs so be careful when going in. Pick a pool, soak a bit, meet people from everywhere, then go sit in the river. The river is cold, clear, and you can find a few spots where the thermal heat seeps up to make it a bit warmer. There are changing facilities, showers, restrooms, and lockers but bring your own lock. We didn’t have a lock and no one bothered our stuff. They have bench’s and hooks around the pool also. I recommend that you visit to check it out yourself.

We go to Snowy Range every year for Christmas and had heard there was a Hot Springs a little over an hour from our Airbnb. We are usually too warn out from skiing to go but this year we made it happen. Absolutely worth it. Met very nice people there. It feels amazing. Our 3 kids loved it too. The next night, our 14 yr old asked if we could go back. Wish we had a Hot Springs closer to our house in Nebraska.

Free access to hot springs they have changing rooms with showers and toilets. River access spots with hot springs water flowing in. I love the hot springs and have made the drive multiple times to go to this specific one. The weekdays are typically less crowded. Great surrounding natural areas definitely worth the trip every time.

So nice and relaxing in the hot springs. The heat in the 3 pools ranges from 104⁰-115⁰. And if the hot pools are too much for you, walk the short distance behind the hot springs to the river. The hot water dumps into the river which makes the water the perfect temperature.
