I was gifted a package here and what a gift it was. I was booked for the scalp massage, facial and foot massage package with an added on Chinese herb, rose, milk and oil bath. (2 1/2 hours) I had the bath first which was pretty chill. The tub is very deep and you are able to fill it as much as you’d like. The foot massage was next. The pressure was a little strong for me, but I am very sensitive and usually request light massages. The facial by itself was worth the full price in my opinion. There were so many steps that I probably couldn’t go through them all by memory if I wanted to. Highlights were several sets of masks, steam and cooling therapy, red and blue light therapy and a bomb face, back, neck and shoulder massage. The scalp massage was last followed by blow drying. I thought she did a really good job on the scalp massage. I definitely did not think that she was trying to claw at my head as someone else stated. In the end, my skin looks literal years younger and my normally very frizzy hair was super soft, shiny and smooth. 10/10. *photos are post service

This was my first time visiting San Ya, and I was incredibly impressed with the services she provided. She was professional, patient, and really took her time with me. The entire experience was enjoyable, and my hair and skin have never felt or looked better! She even gifted me some bath products, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, I would highly recommend the combo!

I tried the chinese herb head spa today and it was awesome! The whole experience is exactly what I wanna get like the head spas I had in China before. The room is super clean and tidy. The service is really professional and super friendly! The atmosphere is also very relaxing. I highly recommend everyone comes here if you want a relaxing professional head spa. Pictures are taken after my head spa so it will be little dark and the light deemed.

Scheduled and paid for the head spa online. It wasn’t worth the money. The lady who performed my service didn’t speak English which isn’t a deal breaker but did make the service a little confusing. Especially afterwards when she wanted me to pay for the service and I already had online. There were parts of the service that were nice but I’d say only about 15%- which was the neck and shoulder massage part. A lot of the time she spent scraping my scalp with her nails- it felt like a dog trying to dig a hole in my head. My entire face got wet with soapy water and I ended up with tons of soap inside my ears and some in my eyes. They use Pantene shampoo and conditioner on your hair… which I was kinda shocked about. Anyway the whole experience was abrasive. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends or family.

I had an absolutely wonderful spa experience today! I chose the back massage, facial, and scalp treatment combo. This a was 2 hour service, and it was not only amazing, but also very reasonably priced! The space was clean, and the treatment room was super cute! Very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. My therapist was Shara (I'm not sure if that's spelled correctly). She was professional, kind, and was very conscientious of pressure and comfort. I feel like a million bucks! Give Sanya Spa a try! 10/10 recommend!

So happy to have found a hair spa near my house!! The clinic was clean and lovely. I had the most relaxing service, I came in for a head spa + facial and left with the brightest and softest looking skin. I’m a Master Aesthetician, I treat skin for a living and my Esthetician definitely wow’ed me in expectations 😍

Worst experience ever! My wife came home crying. Completely dirty, unprofessional, painful, and extremely rude staff! Complete waste of $140. Please do not go here. This place should be condemned and this person should be forced out of business.
