If I could give this place a ZERO for their Customer Service I would. I reached out to them for a call regarding a cancellation charge issue and got emails back stating the policy was up to the massage therapist and to reach out to them. The day of my massage the therapist states that it’s the owners policy. I tried reaching out to her to make it right, have allowed plenty of time for a response and have heard nothing. I should have had $$ on a giftcard to help put toward my services but mysteriously had nothing on it when I went to pay. Magically, after I paid for it and after she talked to the owner my $$ was there. You would think no matter who it is whether the owner or the therapist they would help work together to try to make it right and give the best client experience possible. In the end the complete opposite has happened.

I recently had my first massage at Sandalwood. Dacy was professional, courteous & kind. Always making sure I was comfortable with the pressure applied as she worked out the knots in my muscles. I am so happy with my experiences at Sandalwood! As a licensed massage therapist I am picky about my massages and I have been so pleased every session I’ve had with Kayti Clay. I’m sure all of their therapists are wonderful, I’ve just only had sessions with her so far so I’ll talk about that! She is attentive and personable. She seems to know exactly where my pain is and how to help me. She has amazing strength and consistent pressure! She has an extremely intuitive touch. It’s so cool to walk in feeling sore, tired, and not so great, and leave feeling ready to take on the world and be the best I can be! :) Also, let’s talk about this space, it’s so relaxing. Low & warm-lighting, adorable decor, friendly staff, a real polished feel! I also wanted to note that I had a spray tan done here as well, I was so nervous and Tonya Jackson was so good at making me feel comfortable and it was quick and easy! I had a great tan for 2-3 weeks after! Very realistic looking and did not stain my clothes! If you want the full package, definitely book a spa day here!

The best facial ever! Tammy is amazing. She’s professional and so welcoming. Her kindness radiates and she makes you feel very welcome. The spa is beautiful, clean and so relaxing. I was in town for a wedding and this was the best appointment of my trip! You won’t be disappointed at Sandalwood spa.

We sent our eldest daughter here for a spa day one year for her birthday and loved it so much we sent her again for the second year in a row for an hour long facial. My husband and I have also been here for a couples massage and each time the service is incredible! The staff is so calm, kind, and professional. Pricing is also very competitive for the area. Best spa in Springfield in my opinion!

Such a sweet little getaway in the middle of the city! The facility is super relaxing and the staff was very friendly. Kayti was super easy to relax around and she listened to and understood what i wanted and needed; top-notch professional-grade massage therapy as well as an overall totally zen experience!

LOVE Yourself

I'm behind on this lol but I came in August 23rd with my sister. I booked us 2 spa packages. It was for her 29th birthday and they did their thing and gave her all the attention she absolutely deserved. Tonya J did her facial! Kati C did her massage which I'm pretty sure is who had her smiling like never before lol And Roxanne C did both of our pedicures and manicures! She was really fast and did a great job! I had Tammy, my face was nice and soft and moisturized! Then Mitzi G, did my massage and let me tell you something, I've been getting massages for years and I'm 23 now and Mitzi did techniques and added extra things that I've never had done or had before on me and it was amazing. Even the set up of her massage bed was different, I've never seen it like that before! Thankfully I'm only an hour away, so I have to go back to her, and there's more people If not myself I plan on bringing here! They also ordered us some papa John's pizza! So thank you for that and offered us wine. We both had eyebrow waxes too! Very pleasant and extremely welcoming experience! the staff went above and beyond and I plan on, if I can getting the same people we had, but I'm going to bring another person. I hope to do this again with yall in feb/March! Yay🤗

Sandalwood is the BEST. They have the most wonderful atmosphere and everyone who works there is so kind and accommodating. I have a chronic pain issue with my hip and going to Jessie has been the only way I've gotten relief. Couples massages are also wonderful! They are absolutely fantastic.
