Today is my Birthday. My son treated me for a spa. Honestly it was my first time. All I could say I had a great experience/ treatment. Carmen is the best 🥰 she made me feel comfortable. Very professional and caring. I left the spa feeling great 👌🏼I recommend everyone to go to Carmen. Sanctuary Spa NYC is the best ❤️

Carmen was exceptional, her room has positive energy, she questioned my skin type then recommended the products she thought would benefit my face. We settled for the Hyaluronic LED Light Therapy Facial. While having my facial done I was in a zen moment, just appreciative. The atmosphere was conducive to mental, physical and spiritual healing.
