Was my first time going and it was so relaxing and educational! Selena was really nice and walked me through what my scalp looked like and answered any questions that I had. The hair wash and facials which also included neck massage, were really great and had a blow dry at the end which made me leave feeling cute about my hair. I really want to come again.

This was a great experience for me in San Antonio. Everybody was nice and friendly and the person that took care of me did an amazing job 😊. My scalp feels amazing I will come back when I visit again !

First time receiving a head spa, and omg, it’s the ultimate self-care experience. So glad I trusted Sanctuary for my first experience bc they did not disappoint! I scheduled the Golden Gate with the 1hr massage add-on, and trust me it is worth every penny. I was a little weary about laying there for 3 hours but I enjoyed every minute. My masseuse made sure I was comfortable and relaxed through entirety of the service and I especially loved that she played gospel music as well. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and brand new. Can’t recommend this place enough. The location and suites are beautifully kept. Will definitely be back for a membership! Thank you, Priscilla!

If you’re looking for a way to treat yourself or someone you love, Sanctuary is the PERFECT way to do that. I went with the Golden Gates service and it was worth every single penny. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and beautiful. The suite was so beautiful and luxurious and Selena was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, explained what she was doing every step of the way and made my experience so enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about Sanctuary, 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be coming back.

We went with a large group and had a bad experience! I would NEVER recommend them. - Water was cool not warm/hot - Treatment was provided with plastic gloves which hung in my hair the entire time - Treatment left my hair feeling dry and brittle - The Wand that you see in all their images was used less than 2 min total! - I left with the massage oil (from a massage treatment from another spa) in my hair If you are looking for someone to “wash” your hair then this is the place. This was not at all what we expected. Wont be back. If you have any issues and try to kindly resolve them, good luck! They had no resolution to the issue. I have never left a negative review however, i don’t want this to happen to someone else.

My technician/therpaist? lol was Selena. She was super sweet and really took care of me. A scalp and hair treatment is something I never knew I needed. She massaged my whole head, neck and shoulders. She even took before and after pictures of my scalp. What an improvement! I had lots of clogged follicles and dead skin. I feel relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Selena :) I’m definitely bringing my girlfriends here.
