I absolutely loved my 1st visit at Saltitude! The staff was very welcoming and the venue very inviting. My experience was so relaxing and calming. After my session, I enjoyed a nice cup of tea and a biscotti in the lovely sitting room. I left with a renewed sense of well-being and will most definitely return. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful place of relaxation and gathering. I enjoyed a session on my own and it was fantastic. Really grounding, solitude environment to meditate and escape from the stresses of life. Would highly recommend for either a simple alone session or with close ones. Staff was wonderful and they offered an assortment of drinks and snacks. I’m looking forward to going back!

I can’t say enough about this place! I love it! The salt cave is so peaceful and the team is amazing! They also have a calendar of events to choose from such as yoga, meditation, reiki, painting classes etc! I highly recommend them!!

AMAZING! Great way to zen!! Wear WHITE socks when you go. They offer teas and snacks before and after your session. They have small area with salt lamps and jewelry for sale. Cozy up in the cave with big fluffy blankets and a guided meditation. You might just fall asleep! I could have stayed in there all day. Staff was so friendly and inviting.

This place was outstanding! They were so friendly, patient and just had a calm way about them. They have so many fun things to look at with the option to buy in the storefront. The salt cave was immaculate with an incredibly cool design and meditation to boot. I went with my 3 girlfriends for a pre-start of the school year relaxation session and boy did it work! We will definitely be returning in the future.
