Salt and Sugar Massage & Head Spa

Thank you, Lily for the most amazing time at Salt & Sugar! I flew in for vacation and wanted to do something new with my Mom so we chose this head spa experience and I’m so glad we did! Lily was kind, informative, and helped me truly relax. I did the 70 minute spa and wished it never ended. I cannot recommend this more (also, all of the products smelled so good and I appreciated in this environment the use of single use protects for every customer!)

Not impressed with this place. First off, I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and noticed there was a sign on the door that said they were with a client and to wait in the waiting area and someone will come get me. I wasn’t clear where the waiting area was, so I just sat down in an area nearby. As it neared my appointment, I was surprised no one had come to get me. With five minutes before my appointment I decided to wait around by the door (still closed with the same sign). Then it was my appointment time and I was starting to get worried that perhaps the waiting area was actually inside the suite (I had never been here before so didn’t know what the layout was), so I texted them saying I didn’t want to disturb the client but it’s time for my appointment. I ended up knocking on the door and then opened the door, where there was a client getting their treatment done! I felt really bad but no one had come to get me and then the associate tells me someone else is supposed to come get me and we are supposed to go to a different suite.. okay no one ever texted or emailed me this info. It’s already past my appointment time, and I am annoyed and the other associate finally gets there and escorts me to another suite. I opt out of the scalp analysis since I felt time was already wasted. The head space experience I felt was truly not worth the money. I felt that my associate was almost in a rush? Scrubbing my head very aggressively and brushing my hair very aggressively. The face mask used on me burned my face. Overall I would not recommend this place given my experience. I’ve been to a number of spas where I was treated exceptionally well and it truly felt like a luxurious experience - this was not that.

My husband and I went to Salt & Sugar Massage for the Relax in Peace treatment, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We each got a head spa, an hour-long massage, and a facial, and we walked out feeling like entirely new people. Lily and Lana were both incredible—so skilled and welcoming. The aromatherapy was perfect, and the massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. And the head spa? New favorite. We’re definitely going to be regulars. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Loved the experience! Had a full body massage, facial and the most amazing head spa treatment. The room was beautiful and the fragrances were so tranquil. Relaxation at it's finest! Noa was my girl and she was wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

This practice speaks for itself, if you are debating whether to do a massage or the head spa, Lana is very professional and has clear communication on what’s happening before and during. I have booked both services and look forward to doing it again. You can tell Lana wants her clients to feel better. Just book the appointment- you won’t regret it. Although, I hope she doesn’t get too popular so I can book her again and get in! 😊

I had the best experience here! It was my first time at a massage & head spa and my technician talked me through the whole process and was very insightful. The massage, scalp treatment, and facial were so amazing! I would highly recommend and wil definitely be coming back when I visit Scottsdale again!

Treat yourself with Lana!! She is amazing! So kind, professional and knowledgeable. I felt at ease with her the entire service, her room is cozy and relaxing with soothing music & water trickling sounds- makes you feel like you’re in your own little oasis! I did a head massage with a facial and the products she uses are amazing- I have sensitive dry skin and WOW my face has never felt better. She also uses great hair products and a Dyson to quickly dry your hair after- what a great way to have a self care moment!! Every little detail was perfect and well thought out, I’ve never felt more relaxed and my scalp has never been cleaner. Thank you Lana! Highly recommend ❤️

My friend and I went here last night to try out the head spa, and it was amazing. Lily did a fantastic job. We did the signature 70 minute head spa plus a 30 minute full body massage, and both were fantastic. I will definitely be back.
