Salon Spa W

I’ve been to Salon Spa W twice now for root touch ups of grey, and have been happy with the outcome. The colour isn’t exactly as what I was having back home but it’s doing the job. I like that I am able to book online, and enjoy the free blow dry with a 60min colour booking. The prices are a little outrageous (I can have my hair done 4 times back home for the price of 1 visit here), and the price quoted seems a little more when I actually go to pay. I have also paid different amounts both times, even though I’ve had the exact same thing done, paying around $15 more the last time, which I don’t really understand why. I will be back though as I have to have the grey covered, and next time may try a different more vibrant colour - hoping it will come out like what I’m used to ☺️

I went to Jess before my award ceremony and I can’t believe how well she did with my hair. She made it so if I wanted to do bangs I could, or if I wanted to swoop them to the side it was also an option. She truly took the time to understand me and didn’t put any pressure on me to do anything harmful to my hair because of my health journey. I have NEVER been to anybody who has done so amazing. Thank you so much for the great conversation and the amazing confidence boost!

Jasmine was incredible at making me feel comfortable immediately and listening to my long-term vision for my nails and other services I was interested in. I can't wait to continue working with her. I came in with horrible nail maintenance, hangnails, and a dream. This is step one of a longer process to getting me my dream nails! In just one session, she cleaned me up, gave me some tips to improve my nail health over time, and told me exactly what to book for next time so we can figure out what style looks best on me. I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to any sort of style with my nails, hair, or skincare. Jasmine didn't make me feel judged for one minute and told me all the ways we could work over time to reach my goals in a realistic way. If you're nervous about booking an appointment for the first time, book here! They've got you 😁 Update: I just got my third session done with Jasmine, and I am blown away by how far my nails have come in a month. I look forward to my nail appointments with Jasmine every time, and seeing her come around the corner with a huge smile on her face makes my day! I've added some more photos to show how much progress we have made! Don't walk, run, to Salon Spa W, and ask for Jasmine!! Update 2: Oh my word. Jasmine has become part of my regular routine. The amount of work this woman puts in every time I come in is incredible. I used to feel self conscious about my nails and couldn't imagine ever having long nails or feeling comfortable with them. How the tables have turned! Thank you, Jasmine 🥰 (and honorable mention to Chenoa, who did my engagement photo nails last minute and knocked it out of the park!)

Absolutely enjoy every session I have with Ashely! She is fun and easy to talk to! Her work is perfection, I always leave happy and feeling my best! Couldn’t ask for better stylist!

I had such an amazing experience. Elle was friendly, professional, welcoming, calming and did a fantastic job with my hair! The next day when styling myself, it's a little too long for me to style how I like, but she said she'd totally take care of me and to come back in for her to go a little shorter on top. SUPER EXCITED that Elle and the salon will allow me to do that! Overall, an outstanding experience as a new client and I look forward to future visits! I even got a complimentary head massage, and hands massage with paraffin wax with my haircut!! LOVED MY VISIT!!

Elle is always fantastic with my hair. I’ve been going to her since 2019, and she has consistently been personable, regardless of how much time passes between appointments. Her skill in transforming my hair is exceptional, and she has greatly improved its health with her expertise. She is truly the best!

I’ve been going to this Salon for years, unfortunately I had never been paired with Mallory before, but having her as my stylist was without doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had at this Salon!!! she’s an absolute dream to work with, super understanding, detail orientated, and pays incredible attention to detail! She made me feel like a different woman by the time I left! I knew I love the salon, but I’ve never been loyal to a specific stylist before now. But she definitely won me over!

I’ve been coming to Salon W since 2017 and have never had a negative experience! MC has been doing my hair for the last 8 years and has become a friend! I’ve enjoyed nearly every service they offer (nails, waxing, hair cut and color, facial, and massage) and have been satisfied every time. My bridal party all has hair and makeup done as well in 2019. The staff was efficient and everyone’s style and make up held up for the entire day/night!
