Highly recommend! I just had a haircut and partial low lights with gray blending with Jin. She did a great job with the coloring- I am hesitant to color my hair and she created a soft natural look that also will not require tons of upkeep yet looks modern and beautiful. The salon space is dreamy and I can't say enough good things about the positive experience.

I cannot believe the amount of positive reviews for this place. I visited this salon twice in the last two months and both times I left very upset. First time I came for a facial. The facial in itself was alright, but once I got to the cashier he told me it cost 220$ (instead of 170$ as indicated on their website). When I asked he told me the therapist had done Microdermabrasion, which costs 50$ extra. I said I never asked for this and she did not inform me beforehand. The therapist then explained that this was part of every facial she does, as without this, the facial has no effect. If this is part of every facial, it should be included in the base price/the base price should be adjusted to 220$. They agreed to only charge me 170$ as it was my first time there. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to give them a second chance and came in for a haircut this morning. I would like to start off by saying that when I called, I said I wanted to get a haircut for middle-long wavy hair. Upon arrival they assigned me to a hairstylist. As soon as she started cutting I noticed something was off. There was no structure at all, almost as if she did not know what she was doing. I started to get a bit nervous. I normally do not like to intervene as I think a hairstylist is the expert and will know what he/she is doing. Clearly I was wrong. Once she was “done” I pointed to several areas that looked unfinished to me. She tried to fix it, but was not able to. At that point I asked if someone else was there who could have a look at it and fix it. She told me Dasha was the expert for curly hair (I do not have curly hair, just waves), but that she was currently not available. She then said I did not have to pay for the haircut, which to me is a clear sign that she knew she had messed up. I looked like I had a mushroom on my head. Once I got to the cashier to told me the hairstylist I had gotten assigned to did not know how to cut curly hair and offered to reschedule me with Dasha on another day, but it was just clear to me that I would never go back there again. Why did they assign her to me then if she does not know how to cut my hair? And why did she feel like kt was okay to work on my hair? I do not care about getting a free haircut and would have gladly paid double just to walk out of there feeling good. Since they were not able to fix it, I went to Jack Howard (formerly ILO) and explained everything to them. When they took a closer look at my hair they could not believe this had been done by a professional hairstylist. Luckily, they were able to fix it and after spending my whole morning trying to get a decent haircut, I finally found a place in Georgetown that was able to deliver.

I have been going to see Greg for a little over a year now and I cannot say enough good things about him! He has done wonders with my hair. I had been rehabbing my hair from a bad cut as well as a less than perfect dye job and he turned my hair into what I can only describe as gorgeously perfect. My previous stylist was never on time and I would be in her chair for 4-5 hours for one visit. With Greg, he is on time, so much fun, and I’m out in 2 hours. I have a ton of hair so to be in and out that quickly is a very new experience for me! I highly recommend him for not only color but cuts as well!

I got a Russian Manicure here and it was amazing! I’ve been looking all over for a place and am so happy I found Paris. She does very thorough work and the end result is exactly what I wanted! The Salon is very clean and has a great ambiance overall!

The salon is terrific and always pleased with Bertrand’s hair coloring, blow dries and cuts. The staff is wonderful. But…the salon owner/manager just changed the lighting in most of the place. Buttery, flattering lighting has been replaced with harsh, bright white lighting that is hard on the eyes (I winced under it) and hard on the ego (shows every line and wrinkle). We can see our highlight and color jobs just fine under softer lighting that is the traditional standard in most salons. I felt like I was under interrogation at Gitmo! Awful. Softer, buttery lighting back please!!

I picked this salon because of their reputation and boy it did not disappoint! My stylist Bertrand was amazing. He listened, took his time and gave me the absolute BEST hair cut I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the salon and him. Two thumbs up!

I am a great loyal fan of Paul Bosserman since summer of 1986😳 Love the way he cuts my hair. Never have to tell him what to do with my hair. He just know what is the best one for my face & hair. He is a perfectionist, intelligent & very classy guy. With my simple haircut style, I don’t remembered how many time I got complement on his haircut. Try him, you will NEVER regret it..

On Saturday I came in very last minute and saw Jin for a balayage. With no prior consultation she did my hair exactly how I wanted. I’m very pleased and have been getting so many compliments. I’ve noticed too that my hair is much lighter but with very little damage. Definitely will be coming back to see her and highly recommend others do too.
