I went for the first time today since my husband gave me a gift card. I booked a massage w/hot stones added with Ashley. It was wonderful and so relaxing! I highly recommend going and getting a massage with her! I definitely plan to come back!

Alex is amazing! I got a pedicure, shampoo and style. She is very fun and relaxing to talk to, showed me what she used in my curly hair. I’ll definitely be going back to her!

All 3 of my technicians were amazing at their jobs. Allison communicated very well during my massage and helpful. Alexis my nail technician was wonderful and made my feet look beautiful again and my nails look great. My hair stylist Jen did exactly what I wanted in a hair cut and I already have had several compliments on. Good job ladies. I will be back again but maybe senate occasions. The money was definitely worth the money.

Emma gave an amazing facial, it was so relaxing and refreshing. She was so gentle with my skin and gave me advice while also educating me about different products and chemicals. Will be going back to her for another immaculate glow up!

Honestly this review is really late, however I didn't want to forget to leave it. I had the best 1st experience here and I highly recommend. Every service I did from massages to my hair and nails, was perfect. They have amazing customer service along their superb skills. Don't second guess this if you are thinking about it. It's worth every penny u spend here.

I thought the deluxe facial was nice and relaxing. My only complaint is that i was taken back to the room several minutes late (despite getting there early) and from the time i went back to the room to the time i paid was only 55-60 minutes, with the actual facial being 50 minutes. The website advertises that the facial appointment will last “at least 75 minutes” so i was expecting 15-20 minutes more, which was disappointing considering it’s not cheap. I’ll probably go back again someday and hope that I get the full amount of time.

First time here and I just got a haircut but, I'm looking forward to booking some of the spa services they have available. Jennifer was my stylist and I got the best cut I've had in years. It can be a challenge to find a stylist who's good with naturally curly hair. Jennifer is awesome. All the services seem to have multiple awards on display. I'm happy to have finally found a stylist, salon and spa that feels like the right place.

I have never been more upset with a haircut. I got a cut Christmas Eve and has not stopped crying since. You can always take length off, but you cannot add it back. I said to air on the side of caution because I was going from a medium length to a short length. I never have ever had such a harsh, blunt haircut that I in fact did not ask for. I will leave the two pictures I showed as an example of length. I was told that my haircut was the same length as the pictures, when in reality my hair is barely below my chin. I will have to spend a lot of money to get my self confidence back to add more hair until mine can grow out which will take months. The LEAST they could have done would be refund me for my cut. I expected better than this. The way I was treated, being told it was my fault for the way my hair was cut is absolutely unacceptable. I have had several second opinions by stylists and they too agree this is unacceptable. Your job as a stylist is to make sure you are doing your best to achieve what your client wants. Not be lazy or deviate to something you THINK they want. Now I have to pay hundreds of dollars just to feel comfortable in my skin again. Every other stylist I have seen for a consult has said they would not allow this at their salon and they would pay for a client to have extensions put in if a stylist of theirs did this. As you can see, my hair looks nothing like either of these. I was told it touches my shoulders, and it's clearly evident that it does no such thing.
