After cancer and radiation, my hair had finally grown back enough that I wanted a good moisture treatment. My hair was previously untreated since regrowth and felt full and silky. My hairdresser was rough and proceeded to shampoo my hair twice and my scalp was very painful. After that she started cutting large chunks off even though I had not asked for a haircut.
My scalp has been painful for 3 weeks now, and my hair is limp, thin and falling out.
