My sister got 4 of us a spa day here and I have mixed feelings about it. We were told we could come in early to enjoy the resort amenities, so we came 2 hours early. Tiffany and the rest of the staff were just incredibly nice and helpful but this is definitely not a resort. The spa is attached to the main pool so we get in our suits and robes and get to the pool and there are a zillion kids, kid games, kid movies etc…the “restaurant” was 1 cook and 1 bartender and counter service. There are no other options. We grabbed a quick snack (good enough) then had our facials and massages. Everyone was thoroughly satisfied with these services so that was great but the showers need an upgrade, the facial room is near the ladies locker room so you can hear people talking. The meditation room is comfy and quiet but there are showers in the same room so if someone is showering, you can hear it. Overall, I just think the prices are too high for what there is to offer. No steam room either. We did have a nice time, just too pricey.

From checking in to checking out the experience at Running Water Spa was nothing short of amazing. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The facial and massage I received were fantastic. Would and have recommended this spa to friends and family. Will be returning here in the future.

Good prices but you get what you pay for… paid extra for the amenities access but there were a ton of screaming kids and they played loud music (not a relaxing environment as you’re about to go in the spa). Massages and facials we received were inconsistent in quality, some were good, okay, and not worth it. Would not book again.

I highly recommend working with Lillian for a facial at Running Water Spa. She is extremely knowledgeable and tailored my facial to my skin needs. Lizzie, spa coordinator, also makes it a breeze to get in!

I went to the spa and got a facial and massage. It was a relaxing experience, the staff was really friendly and professional. I had access to the other amenities as well which include the gym, sauna, and pool. The sauna is small but very clean and nice looking. The pool is a decent size and right next to the restaurant. Overall this place was great to come in for the day or to stay.

I was there a month ago with two girlfriends and I just had to come back and post a review about our wonderful experience. My therapist (Sorry, I forgot her name) gave me one of the best massages of my life. I don’t think it matters who you get, my friends had different therapists and we all raved about our experiences. We knew we were in the hands of real pros. Additionally, the woman at the desk who checked us out, was so incredibly nice. She had already rung up my tab, and I remembered I had a gift card in my wallet. She did the transaction all over again, with a smile and a “no problem.” You can spend more money and get more glitz, but you will not get a better massage and service anywhere.

I booked a massage and facial with time in between to relax by the resort’s pool and swim for a full spa day experience ✨ I felt like a princess 👑 I paid using a Groupon that was given to me for my birthday and they didn’t treat me any less for it. They treated me with care and respect, with a focus on relaxation and well-being. The facilities were clean and serene, beautifully decorated. As a patron of the spa I enjoyed all of the resorts amenities. My massage therapist even gave me helpful exercises to do during a regular workday to avoid my shoulders from getting too stiff and tight The woman who did my facial gave me some excellent advice about what type of make up cleansing bomb to use on my face. The best part is, she wasn’t trying to sell me on any high-end products. Rather, she suggested something I can get at Target. I will say the spa was a much different experience than the pool area. There was nothing wrong with the pool area, but it was more family oriented and had a different vibe so if you’re looking to just use the spa, don’t judge it by the look of the resort.

Calming & soothing spa experience. Check out their monthly specials! They have a nice selection of spa products. :) Groupon deals are good -- facial, massage or combo. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Check in to the left ... at end of the registration desk. Spa is thru the glass doors & down the stairs. Head to the lounge to relax while waiting for your service. Massage was wondrfull -- recommend CBD oil & deep tissue add-on. Heated massage bed, aromatherapy & other options available. Facial was calming & relaxing -- recommend enzyme mask add-on.
