I was looking forward to treating myself and my friends to a Spa Day for my birthday, but I couldn't even get past the booking stage! I inquired about booking a private room weeks in advance through the website, but I never received a follow-up email or call. I then called and spoke to someone, who sent me an email on the packages, and she also added the person who usually does the booking for private parties to the email. After we made our selections, I notified her...no response. Last week I sent the email to other staff member (the owner), again no response. So I called yesterday to book the room and was told booking was full that day. I stated that I had been communicating with two different people to book on this day, and now you are saying it's completely booked! She then says, let me check to see if YOU are the reason you can't book the room, and I'll call you back. I did not receive a return phone call. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and communication from an establishment that has such a high star rating! Update: I received an apology-email concerning the communication issue with the booking. So, I and my friends were able to attend the spa for my birthday celebration. The services we received were GREAT!!! Everyone was completely satisfied with their spa treatment. I had the 50-minute massage with deep tissue and stones. I should have gotten the 80-minute massage! Our private room was set up nicely. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne. We didn't get to do everything we wanted, even though we were there 3 hours! But we plan to go back soon!

The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and very insightful with my questions and concerns. The facilities were well cleaned, relaxing, and a nice ambiance. Services were a bit pricey but for the Grand Hyatt amenity that was expected. Tony at the front desk was awesome; I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she rescheduled at a later time to allow me to tour the facility, shower, and relax. My masseuse Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and took the attention and care to accommodate my injury while still providing me with a great, relaxing, and much needed massage and add on services were top tier (exfoliating foot scrub and eye mask). Tony at the front desk was thoughtful to inform me the exfoliating brush was included and my lotion gift with my package. I also purchased the oil used in the steam room and everytime I use my product I’m right back in the spa feeling the relaxation all over again. Treat yourself to the R&R spa; you won’t regret it. Gratuity is included @ 22% but my services were deserving of more! Thank you Tony & Jeremiah for my great experience!!

Would have loved BUT got locked out of my locker after my treatment and spent 45 minutes as the (super kind) staff tried to open the locker. So I was in just my robe in the changing area for those 45 min, couldn't leave and enjoy other areas because there was no time frame and I needed to meet someone for lunch asap. The staff said the lockers were just difficult, they already had to manually open one that morning and several others were known to not be working. I wasn't offered any type of discount or anything for the massive inconvenience. I don't blame the staff on the floor, but whoever is responsible for the facilities should really fix the lockers ASAP.

Give Cayla a raise!! Whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough. I coordinated a spa day for a group of friends, two of whom had special health and mental health needs. The two weeks leading up to our visit, I must have called and spoken to Cayla at least 6 times with questions and requests, and she couldn’t have been more patient and considerate. The whole team was extremely lovely and understanding about our needs and eager to do anything they could to make our visit more special and comfortable. Jessica massaged myself and a friend who had recently had a painful health event, and took excellent care of both of us. It was truly a special day. Thank you all!

Sadly disappointed as I was looking forward to this being incredibly nice and relaxing. Over the top really for $205 “mud mask.” Massage was fine. But the CBD mud mask was very uncomfortable. You lay on a foil paper and they towel you off on the same bed leaving you muddy and with a similar feeling to a sponge bath in a hospital. Not pleasant and way too expensive for that. The shower after was out of shampoo and body wash. The towels are located far from showers. No body lotion. Just overall meh for how expensive it was. The front desk did discount my service so I appreciated that. Not one to complain or leave reviews in general but I was expecting a lot more.

For the price, I was expecting a lot more. The spa was smaller than what I was expecting. There's no indoor pool, hot tub, or cold plunge. The men's lounge area didn't even have a tv. My 80 min massage total was $300+ that included a 22% gratuity. For that price, my experience wasn't worth it. Also, one of the workers said they were going to give me a complimentary glass of champagne which never happened.

I had a fantastic therapeutic massage with Danielle! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood what I needed. The space is beautiful. I was able to book same day and ended up having the place to myself as the last client of the day. I love a dry sauna! The rooftop pool is right outside so bring a swimsuit!

Let me tell you about my afternoon at R&R. It’s a lovely space in a lovely hotel. You walk into calm and tranquil. Very nice space. Cayla was a joyful soul - super friendly, asked all the right questions, explained the process and made it so easy. I had an 80 minute massage with Danielle. She is a professional and a master of her craft. She took time to explain how she would handle the service and what she was doing, explained my options and off we went. She was nice, and was very thorough. I chose firm and it was perfectly firm. I was treated very well and I feel a thousand times better. I recommend her highly. After the massage, there were all sorts of amenities to explore, a drink, sauna, shower, massage chairs, hydro massage….so many things. We love coming here and will be back. Thank you!!
